We got there around 7 PM and was told they’re not bringing more food out to the buffet. We had already paid for our buffets had we known they weren’t bringing out more food we would not have stayed. When my husband complained and asked about the food, all they brought out was more waffle fries. The manager is not a people person and is rude and not friendly at all. The tables were all piled with dirty dishes. They are open till 9 o’clock, but they turned people away for the buffet at 8 PM. This is a restaurant business and if you’re open till nine, you should be serving the buffet full buffet up until 9 PM. We have been going here for years and we will not be coming back the most disappointing part of it was that we were told that Ron was let go, he had been with Pizza Ranch for about 29 years. He was their best employee, the most friendliest and a hard worker from what we could tell very disappointing. we were told that they are under new management…. I think you need to reconsider your new management and do some house cleaning there

Pizza was good. They even ask if you would like any special pizza and then will bring it to you first before taking it to the buffet,

Under new management they no longer provide factory workers the opportunity to buy the pizza and chicken they had catered in. Huge disappointment.

The Pella Pizza Ranch was a great place for our family lunch. There were 14 of us and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. Something for everyone. We will definitely be back!

Really nice arcade. Convenient camera/TV setup for parents to keep an eye on kids while sitting in the main dining room. Only downside is it does have an exterior exit door that a kid could go out.

It's got a lot of fun games for all ages i really enjoy going to it after i eat at pizza ranch which this fun zone arcade inside the restaurant so you can go there for food and fun really enjoyable
