my husband order a chicken meal which mashed potatoes to be delivered on sunday december 31. it was delivered on time however, he got wedges instead of mashed potatoes. when he called, to complain, he was told that they were out of mashed potatoes. he was never asked if substituting was ok. he hates wedges. i didn't eat them because i can't. nothing was done to correct or rectify the problem. as much as it costs to eat from here, you should either get what you order or at least be given a different choice if needed. better yet, something to make the paying customer happy so they go back to eat and not put up bad reviews like this

The Pella Pizza Ranch was a great place for our family lunch. There were 14 of us and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. Something for everyone. We will definitely be back!

Really nice arcade. Convenient camera/TV setup for parents to keep an eye on kids while sitting in the main dining room. Only downside is it does have an exterior exit door that a kid could go out.

It's got a lot of fun games for all ages i really enjoy going to it after i eat at pizza ranch which this fun zone arcade inside the restaurant so you can go there for food and fun really enjoyable

We typically go to this Pizza Ranch 2 to 3 times a month with 10 other family members. Sadly this past visit was not good. Started at the entrance when the person taking your order was new and no one was with her. We asked about getting a Taco pizza and were told they didn't make them anymore. Recently they stopped offering chicken fingers which was many of our families favorite. Today we were told they didn't have potato wedges anymore either. Than to top it all off no ice cream either. Sadly I guess we need to start looking for another place for our family to go.
