We had PCC cater our wedding and we have had multiple people approach us about how wonderful the food was. Chicken was so tender and so much flavor and the ham balls were a favorite of many! Catering to 350+ people isn’t a small task and we couldn’t be happier with how things went & the quality of the food— which was one of the most important investments we felt like making for our special day! Thanks so much for being the icing on the cake for our best day!!

We are from Missouri and got married in Iowa. We found Prime Country BBQ & Catering online. They were amazing to work with. We ordered brisket (very tender and great flavor!), Parmesan crusted chicken, crack green beans, cheesy potatoes and salad. Paula was so kind and helpful on the phone! She was also quick to respond by email if I had any questions. The food was absolutely delicious and all age groups enjoyed it. We are so grateful we found them!

Our wedding food was absolutely delicious!

Just had this for the first time and am wishing they were a brick and mortar place where I can get it whenever I want. the brisket is tender and flavorful. The sides are better than most BBQ places. The coleslaw is crunchy with a great flavor and the cheesy hashbrowns were flavorful, cooked perfectly and cheesy. Too many other BBQ places serve bland sides. Not here. I hope they come to Newton again amd again.

Prime Country BBQ recently catered our annual golf outing in which we had around 150 attendees from across the state. Mark and Vicki did an awesome job. Everyone complimented us on our decision to have Prime Country BBQ cater the event. The pulled pork and brisket were fantastic as well as the beans and mac & cheese. Mark and Vicki are super nice people and I will be recommending them to anyone looking for a caterer. Be sure to ask about Vicki’s homemade chocolate chip cookies too!
