They were busy and the grilled chicken was good, but a little on the warm side. I was in a hurry and out of time to wait so ate it. Otherwise might have had them cook it a bit longer. Kind of "underdone"

We only got coffees at Smokey Row Coffee, but it was a really good cup of coffee. We each got a cappuccino and enjoyed it outside at a little table, with a Dutch Letter from Jaarma Bakery. I noticed that they had some ice cream options available and there were people sitting inside enjoying food… but we just went there for a takeaway cuppa.

Visited Smokey Row on Saturday. we were told the food would be 30 minutes out. after over an hour, I finally asked about the food and was told they had delivered it to another table. immediately after, I was told that no it's almost ready. obviously, they forgot the order. will not return!
We last night after dinner to get ice cream. There were 6 of us, and we had never been there before. We were completely ignored while the 2 girls working talked to their friend who was at the counter. We got to hear all about how short staffed they were. We finally were able to ask to get some ice cream and they said you have to go down there at the other end of the restaurant away from the ice cream. We had no idea because no one would speak to us. We ordered, and they forgot one of our cones. I asked for it and got something said to me I couldn't understand. I did politely thank the girl, and she rolled her eyes at me. Ice cream was great. Service I would rate a 0.

Immediately the first red flag is that they’re out of all chai drinks. Whatever, then take it off the board. We ordered two drinks and a panini. We get the drinks a little while later. (I’m sure it’s very hard to make a latte when you’re busy chatting. Not to mention aren’t that bright). Took too long since there were three people working and no other customers. The drinks are nothing special. My main problem is that the three workers had two friends sitting at the bar taking up the entire bar. The friends had a deck of cards that they were playing with the workers. They weren’t on break and they’re standing there being loud and cursing over a game of cards. After forty minutes i get fed up with incompetent workers and ask the girl if u can get my panini. While i’m up there i look in the kitchen and see that THERES NO ONE IN THERE. She rolls her eyes and goes into the kitchen. So for the last forty minutes nobody has been in the kitchen doing the orders. It takes the idiot 15 minutes to make the panini. Then she brings it out and tosses it in the table. Smokey Row needs to fix their service in pella.
