I think instead of chatting and having fun with each other while the customer is waiting for their order, they could do that after they finish their work. I listened to them gossiping for 15 minutes while I waited for one coffee.

First visit during busy lunch hour, drink and customer service great. Here tonight, cashier very friendly, barista making drinks seemed, maybe stressed. The line outside was almost nothing and maybe 4-6 others waiting on drinks inside, but our frappe was done in less than 2 minutes of ordering. It was watery, it tasted watery, you could tell it shouldnt be served the way it was and they were outta whip he said..I took it back up to the register and asked them to remake it and they apologized. The next drink came out wrong also, hot instead of iced but I just kept it. Another gal fixed our frappe and brought it out with, what do you know?WHIP!? Waited an extra 10 minutes before our third drink came out. Id rather wait and have our drinks made right and w everything we ordered. We could wait for whip to be made. We can be patient. We'll be back, but super disappointed tonight.

Ordered a Grande size drink expecting it to be a large drink considering Grande is BIG or LARGE. When the barista handed me the drink through the window I thought they had given me the wrong size!! Like what is this?? I literally said “THIS is a GRANDE?? This is literally the smallest big cup I have ever seen.” I finished it before I made it to the on-ramp to get on 163 east. WOW. Turns out, Grande is the next size up from their smallest size which you’ll never guess the name of the smallest….its “TALL” wtf?????? I’m sure it’s not weird to the people who are familiar to this coffee shop, but I am not and I will never be able to wrap my head around these sizes. It’s just sooooo dumb!!!! lol the drink was alright but not amazing. The service was friendly and fairly quick considering they just opened. I would maybe go back sometime but I’m not in a huge hurry. Oh, I also got a blueberry muffin that was delicious. All together with the “grande” drink and the muffin it was like $11 and some change. Scooters has way better sizing options and their prices are better, AND the coffee tastes better. I just wanted to see what the hype was about..still not sure if I know.
the coffee hasn’t let me down but both times i’ve been through the customer service could definitely use some work! Apparently they don’t ask for sizes??
