The employee was rude. They didn’t give me all of my food. I had to sit at the window with not a person in sight. So I ending up calling the store to tell them I was still at the window missing food. Took an additional 4 minutes to get the rest as the entire time the store is empty and the only car in the parking lot was someone visiting an employee. The chicken was cold and couldn’t cook my quesadilla long enough to melt the cheese. Terrible service!

When I tell you- I got two stackers and one of them was smashed AND had literally NOT ONE. BUT TWOO BIG AH BITES taken out of it. And when I called to talk to a manager, they laughed in my face and told me it must have been a mouse.

The people working the night shift clearly don't care to work here.... They have snarky attitudes and are clearly talking about customers right in front of them, someone has there girlfriend and 2 toddlers there running around barefoot and dirty, they overcook chalupa shells, and barely put any meat on them for $6 per chalupa that's insane. I won't go back unless I see this location shutdown and reopened. It's disgusting!

The food was pretty good but an employee was really mad about a minor error in the ordering system. My box on the self service machine had chips and cheese with it but then the employee yelled at me when I asked about it. 0 Service Stars.

Gave my vegetarian friend chicken in his veggie power bowl. He almost puked. Also we paid for supreme tacos and they were not supreme.

Food was as expected. During our visit it was kiosk or mobile ordering only, which I'm not a fan of.Also, the $5 cravings box jumped up to $10 in app at this location.

I'm the old dog who can remember $0.19 tacos at Taco Bell. Imagine my surprise when 3 tacos and a drink cost me $13.01. I am astounded. The food is really ok for what it is. The service was eh, ok. The atmosphere was ok. I just won't be paying that much for what Taco Bell is, here or anywhere else I travel. But that's just me.

Pellas Taco Bell is probably the worst out of all of the other locations I’ve had. Whenever I order from here (which is rare), I get something new and I’m always disappointed. The hard shell tacos are stale 99% of the time, the power bowl looked and tasted disgusting (the lettuce was brown and the chicken was questionable), the chalupas are hard and barely edible, the service isnt great as they don’t give you everything you order most of the time (wether they forget or don’t bother, I have no idea). I don’t like to be a Karen, but it’s bad when it’s consistently awful service and food.
