Watch out they stole my debit card Zero stars because this business is atrocious and ridiculous to be honest, have not eaten here very many times, but the one time I have eaten there, On top of their being hair in our food that we got, they took my debit card never gave it back to me, and then when I called them about it, The manager, Ashley lied to me about it told me I could come pick it up before 2 o’clock and then when I got there to pick up my debit card, they told me the safe was locked and that they had told me that in the first place which they said nothing about that and effectively stole my debit card and have it locked in a safe and will not give it back to me now I don’t know if that sketches anybody else out or seems odd as to why a Taco Bell employee would take your debit card and then not give it back to you when you come to pick it up but super unprofessional and I am furious

I drove 35 minutes from Newton because my towns tacobell is the worst thing ever and I was so happy with this tacobell. Crunchy shells, quick service everything was accurate and hot. 😁

i’ve been to this location many times unfortunately. usually the night staff never gets anything of mine right, and i only go here at night because it’s the only thing open after a long day of work or i wouldn’t waste a penny here. i’ve seen coworkers family’s just hanging out in the parking lot with their kids who are bare footed (every time), and then there’s always a car with the hood up. it looks trashy af. they even put my whole online order on the screen and asked me if it looked right. it did, and then when i got my food, every single item was wrong and almost made my boyfriend sick. on top of it, night staff is very rude. i’ve heard employees scream profanities at each other from outside the window in a non joking tone. i was very shocked to say the least. i don’t mind when employees are joking around with each other in that kind of way, but i could tell this wasn’t a joke. i will never return to this location unless they get it together. they’d be better off just firing the night shift and closing early instead of paying these idiots to work.

The employee was rude. They didn’t give me all of my food. I had to sit at the window with not a person in sight. So I ending up calling the store to tell them I was still at the window missing food. Took an additional 4 minutes to get the rest as the entire time the store is empty and the only car in the parking lot was someone visiting an employee. The chicken was cold and couldn’t cook my quesadilla long enough to melt the cheese. Terrible service!

When I tell you- I got two stackers and one of them was smashed AND had literally NOT ONE. BUT TWOO BIG AH BITES taken out of it. And when I called to talk to a manager, they laughed in my face and told me it must have been a mouse.

The people working the night shift clearly don't care to work here.... They have snarky attitudes and are clearly talking about customers right in front of them, someone has there girlfriend and 2 toddlers there running around barefoot and dirty, they overcook chalupa shells, and barely put any meat on them for $6 per chalupa that's insane. I won't go back unless I see this location shutdown and reopened. It's disgusting!
The food was pretty good but an employee was really mad about a minor error in the ordering system. My box on the self service machine had chips and cheese with it but then the employee yelled at me when I asked about it. 0 Service Stars.
