It has a good selection of beers, especially ciders. Which changes every week. One of the only exciting places in Pella, especially in summer 🏝️🌞

The first time I came here was in June to look at flowers in town and went back this Saturday hoping to see the two bartenders that helped me the first time—there they were! I believe it was Alan and Gloria. Two splendid young people ! Very helpful to find a beer I like (I’m a wine person) and attentive with other customers. Sounds like they know a lot of people by name, and the people we were sitting by at the bar had a similar rave about them. If all the bartenders are this way, I will be back. Not always do I care for a bartender to make conversation with but they are so funny. Nice Christmas style inside.
Good food recommendations too, were talking up the other local places and you know they want to help other businesses just by that. Good team work, good peanuts, good time. See you very soon pub.

Visited here yesterday for the first time and was very impressed by the beer selection, friendly service and even the other patrons. We will definitely be back very often, sorry bartenders and patrons but you are going to have to get used to seeing my ugly mug.

I haven't been out for years and now I'm at peanut pub in Pella Iowa and got kicked out for laughing too loud and having fun with co-workers. That's wrong, I'm not even drunk and sorry for not being quiet at a pub like requested. Didn't realize there was a noise level capacity limit at a BAR!!!! For the first time in awhile, sorry for trying to have fun at my local tavern.
So I recommend to you locals that, want to have fun, don't go to Peanut Pub!

The bar staff isn't terrible. eA select few customers on the other hand run the show and ruin the armosphere. I wouldn't recommend any of my people waste their money at this establishment.

I came on a quiz night, so pretty busy but got served quickly. Too many beers to choose from! Nice place overall

I didn’t realize they had no waiters or waitresses that actually come get your order. The one that was there had a limp and did not come to our table but went to the tables she knew people. The bartender ignored us while talking to some chics at the bar. Stood there and was ignored. I guess if your old your ignored there. Peanuts were stale and tables dirty.

Definitely a local favorite and very welcoming to visitors. They don't serve food but do allow food to be brought in from one of the local restaurants or deli's. Their drink options were wonderful and tasty.
