We probably could spend a whole day at The Sanctuary! We always come by Pella on our trips to the Knoxville Nationals. My girlfriend and I ordered a Chai Matcha and we were absolutely blown away! It was fantastic and we were lucky enough to get the drink made by the person who concocted the blend there originally. They had a wide drink variety but we couldn't stop getting the Chai Matcha! Absolutely loved the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff. We ended up coming back 2 more times on the trip and did some remote working from their tables. Will definitely be back when we come back for the Nationals!

The best little coffee shop!! The most amazing matcha I've ever had. They have such a variety of flavors and selections of already put together drinks. The service is always amazing and the workers are so kind. Could not recommend this place more. Definitely try one of their cold foam flavors on any coffee or matcha you get. :)

Super cute hybrid of a coffee shop, bookstore, gift shop items and home decor store. They do have bathrooms that paying customers are permitted to use that were clean as well! Tasty honey latte!

Quaint coffee and gift shop! This is an excellent one stop shop for a coffee, tea, or smoothie.
While you are there, you could grab a few knick knacks for yourself or stock up on gifts for someone else. The shop consists of home goods like tasteful kitchen accessories, home decor, baby items, Christian books jewelry, etc. The range of goods is wide—you never know what you might find.
I ordered a cold brew which was delicious (although I'd prefer it to be stronger for my personal taste) and a mango smoothie (my kids favorite! We had to go back for a second one).
The store is located in the downtown area and is surrounded by other small businesses so you could certainly make a morning of your visit.
Yes, there are strong Christian vibes in the coffee shop, but it reflects the culture of the town. (I've seen a few comments about this, and it is very much to be expected when you are in Pella. I would think of it as cultural representation rather than trying to exclude others or be offensive.)
