Almond Marzipan Heaven! I was walking through the Des Moines Downtown Farmers Market, and saw these pastries in the shape of an S called a Dutch Letter. I am so glad I asked about them. I was told they had almonds inside, so I had to give it a try.
My goodness was this the best thing ever. It was filled with a sticky marzipan and was absolutely delicious!!! Better than any croissant I’ve found.

My very kind neighbors brought me some of your Dutch letters recently when one of my pets passed away. I'd never had Dutch letters before but they were absolutely delicious! Thank you for your part in helping make life a little easier.
