My food was right but I have food poisoning from it and while I was there there was a group of 20 year old customers throwing food at my 14 year old brother and when my lil brother threw their food back they threatened them and I tried to deescilate the situation they continued to threaten me and my 14 year old brother and his 14 year old friend I can not express how young we were compared to how old they were

I went here to just eat lunch, and I don't typically expect much from fast food. I normally don't even write these for fast food places- but my experience was awful. I ordered a plain cheeseburger and fries combo. I said 'and then a' , and before I could find out my sentence I was given my total. I had to tell the person I also wanted a small ice cream. They then gave me the total, and I can at least say the service was quick. However, the fries are old and dry, and I got the entirely wrong burger. While I don't mind spicy, it's not what I wanted. The sauce was everywhere in the container for it and it got all over my hands- and let me tell you, it stains. I asked for the wifi as there is a dairy queen guest wifi that I saw, but the person said there was no wifi. I wouldn't call it guest wifi if it's not for guests. At the very least the tables were clean, but the floor had some trip hazards.

We just waited in the drive-thru line for 40 minutes after they took our order...and ended up leaving with 5 vehicles still ahead of us, also waiting. If things are that backed up, have the courtesy to let your customers know instead of wasting their time.

We went through the Drive. After payment, they asked us to pull forward to wait for our food. We waited for 25 minutes for our food, and then I went Inside to check on our food. Upon going inside, no orders were being made correctly and I waited another 10 minutes to get our food, after asking if I could cancel our order. When I finally got our order They left off a cheeseburger and fries from our order. This was a frustrating experience - paid for cold food and didn't even get all that we paid for.

I visited this establishment at 4pm on a Monday afternoon, had THE WORST service, ok food ,but piss poor service, walked in and it took them 10 minutes too send help out too take my order , all the lady could say was we'll be with you in a minute, waited another 20 minutes for my food to come out,simple , cheeseburger and chilli dogs , finally got my food , was ok , all at the same time they probably served 20 + customers in the drive through, I guess next time I'll drive my semi truck through the drive thru 😀 , lol not even so much as an apology for the extended waiting

Got to be the worsts fast food restaurant out there, 20 minutes with 2 cars in the driveway. Took nearly 10 minutes to even take the order, and to top it off the food was cold. Fries tasted like they were under a heat lamp all day, bread was stale. Owners should be held accountable for representing a franchise in this manner.

This establishment was disgusting. There was pop all over the floor, the pop machine was as dirty as the floor. There wasn't a clean table in the place the whole time we were there noone came out to clean. It will be the last time we go there.

Showed and about 7:13 maybe even earlier I waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order waited seven more minutes for someone to get my money and I saw someone come off of break go inside and the people behind me got their food before me which all I had ordered was a banana split and a six-piece tender basket I then see the worker that just got off a break go back into his vehicle and waited another 15 minutes before I got my food and during that time I saw two cars pull up the people walking and immediately walk out because of the wait time finally got my food asked about coupons and was told I had to wait 5 to 10 more minutes because they are too busy to come bring them out the banana split was completely overflowing they are giving me a bunch of extra napkins but even with those it spilled all over my car and was almost completely melted and they did not even toast the bread I left at about 7:33
