Using AI is helpful in many aspects but marketing your establishment is not one of them. You are undermining your own product (like you could be showcaseing pictures of a meal that you offer and that people enjoy- you instead use computer generated nonsense that doesnt look realistic and is insulting to your customers to even try to use in promotional material). I asked politely for them to take it down and they deleted my comment. I asked a second time and even asked if they could keep my comment up. (Because if you are proud of using AI be honest with your customers and tell them up front that its AI) They then completely blocked me on social media and from what I've heard this isnt the first time that they were petty against a customer.
I dont reccommend any establishment that hides behind AI baloney.

We were very disappointed with our experience. We waited about 50 minutes before our food finally arrived. The table next to us came in 10 minutes after we did but got their food 10 minutes earlier. It probably didn’t help that it took about 20 minutes for our server to take our order in the first place. The service overall was mediocre, yet we were automatically charged a 20% gratuity. My son later mentioned that his garlic parmesan bites were bland, though he didn’t want to say anything while we were there. The bowling alley itself was much smaller than we expected, and we only ended up being stuck eating in the restaurant because we were waiting for a lane.

The food, bowling, and sports fan experience is amazing. Takeout is easy to do especially if you live nearby or around here if you just want the food. The outdoor area is perfect for kids. The arcade is nice too, but a couple of the games need a little fixing. But Overall, a great place for families to go if you have younger kids or a group to go bowling.
