Ordered food online to be delivered and the bread was burnt and that's blamed on door dash. Get told I can bring it back with and they can remake it what b.s. The girl on the phone wasn't very nice and the manager wouldn't even get on the phone. Won't ever go to this Subway again!

I ordered 2 footlongs with turkey, ham, ad bacon. Neither sub had bacon on it also had roast beef on it. Not even the right sandwiches. kept trying to call and goes right to voicemail
Put an online order in for 12:05 didn’t get it until an hour later multiple people walked in and took their order while I was waiting for my order to be done.

Although we had proof that we were charged for an online order, the employees said they couldn’t fill it because they hadn’t received the order. We were told to get credit from our bank. We left with no sandwiches and a $25 charge to our credit card. We’ve been regular customers, but needless to say, we won’t be back.

Thank you to the young staff today that made my wrap. It was delicious and made fresh. Glad to see young people with a work ethic. Hope you all get a raise! Will be back soon!

Worst subway ever the manager treated me like crap

If I could give zeros stars I would. Three employees, one taking her time fixing two sandwiches for an online order, one kid literally twiddling thumbs at the register and one guy moving bread around after putting our meat on bread while we stand there waiting for someone to finish fixing our sandwiches. After several minutes of watching the three of them essentially ignoring us as customers in the store, I walked out. If you can’t help customers in your store when there’s three employees and only one working (slower than molasses at that), lock the doors and only take online orders. Beyond ridiculous.

The 3 employees spent more time arguing with each other about who was going to work that they weren't paying attention to the few customers they did have! I got the sandwich for girl in front of me which was not at all what I ordered. I watched the employee put my toppings on correctly but somehow between there, wrapping them and checking out they got switched! There were only 4 customers there! Very unprofessional behavior for your workers. If I lived in Peosta, I would have gone back and gotten a correct order. Instead, I paid you $7 plus dollars for a sandwich I threw away!
Waited 20 minutes past my pre-ordered time and still did not get my sub. Wasted my entire lunch break. 2 people durring lunch what a joke

The workers at this location are not friendly, helpful, or knowledgeable about their own store and how to fully assist customers. I placed an order online since there was a DELIVERY option. I waited more than an hour without having an update before calling, when the person that answered told me that my order was ready and waiting for me to pick it up. They argued about not offering delivery and ultimately put a manager on the phone, named Jessica. She was attitudinal and explained that she couldn’t even cancel my order, I’d have to call DoorDash to cancel and get a refund. This made no sense because my order was made through Subways direct website, not DoorDash. I called DoorDash to cancel and waited to receive credit only to find out a week later that Subway needed to process credit.I called Subway back and got a manager named Amanda who explained she could not process the credit on her system and would need to call a larger manager the next day. She was supposed to call me with an update the next day and never did. All the while, they still had my money and I had nothing from them. I disputed the cost with my bank since every one seemed too incompetent to help and fully resolve the situation.

I got a footlong cold cut sub (I thought that's what I ordered). The sub was horrible, and the sauce they put on it was runny. I was shocked when I opened the sub. Most of the ingredients in the sub came out of it, and it was a runny mess, and I couldn't eat it. I paid extra for more ingredients, and their were no extra ingredients.I asked to wrap each 1/2 of the sub to be wrapped separately, and this was not done with the sub that was so awful. I haven't checked the Tuna sub yet, but it should be okay. I love your tuna sub.
