If you order anything with custom ingredients expect at least 1, if not all, of your items to be wrong. Incompetent

Honestly, I used to like this place. But now, it's random teens taking orders, it's slower, and getting worse. The fries are always cold, I keep getting wrong orders, or missing items.

I’d give this place a 0 if I could. Called and asked about the grinch meal I placed a mobile order for said meal. Got there and they said they were out and were extremely rude. Not happy drove out of my way for the meal. I work in food service and If something is mobile ordered for a limited edition item we set it aside for the order.

I rarely eat at McDonalds, but I wanted to try the grinch dill spice for fries. I ordered the grinch big mac meal. The fries were stone cold. The dill spice is good, but very strong, may not want to use the entire packet or it might be overwhelming. The big mac was a sloppy mess with sauce coming out the side of the bun. They weren't busy at the time I went through the drive thru so there was no excuse for the messy sandwich. I dumped the sweet tea I ordered with the meal because it tasted dirty. May need to clean their machines.
I have been going to this specific location for the past year, every time I have gone here in the past year after the first was me hoping that the next time the food, service, or building was better/in better condition. There has been an open ceiling since I had first gone there on October of 2024. Also since October of 2024 there hasn’t been a single time that one of my items in my order had food that wasn’t supposed to be on there due to allergies (yes we selected the option to take it off/not add it), if there wasn’t an expired item in my order. My fiancé hasn’t been able to eat $92.83 worth of food due to the order being wrong and the store managers not doing anything about it except for telling me I should’ve ordered the right thing, they also said that I should’ve chosen to grab a receipt I wasn’t able to due to the Kiosk not have receipt paper the entire year I have been going to this location. The floors almost always have leaves, mud smears, or clumps of dirt all over. I wasn’t able to get a refund or give the wrong food back for the correct food, they refused. I have not been able to eat $74.94 worth of food due to the orders being wrong and the staff refusing to help.

The store is almost always messy, the soda has no carbination most of time, there is never receipt paper in the kiosk. Tonight my specific issue is I took my fiance and mother in law to this McDonald's mine and my mother in laws meals were fine my fiance ordered the daily double with no onions ONLY lettuce, cheese and mayo the sandwich was made correctly except for the fact that THE MAYO WAS EXPIRED. Thank God he knew it didn't taste right and threw it away or who knows how sick he could've gotten because remember people there are eggs in mayo if this location cannot get their heads on their shoulders straight they need to close the location every time I go to this location which is closer to home than other locations something is in my order is wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. I would rather eat off burger kings floor.

It's Mickey D's.....some serve quicker than others....prices seem a bit higher, other than fries & shakes....sandwiches seem smaller in size...overall still a nice place to grab a quick meal..

This 3.4 rating is 100%. Especially if you go later in the evening it's never fresh it's been sitting there for an hour probably double dip fries double fried burger it's always cold by the time you get home tastes terrible what a waste of money when I can go to sit down for the same price convenience doesn't matter if it's terrible
Today I ordered through door dash and my order came up to $127 that’s including the tip. I had ordered 2 KIDS MEALS WITH CHOCOLATE MILKS and they WERE NOT in any of the 4 bags they gave! Tried texting the door dasher about the chocolate milks and she’s said the female manager said everything was all there. I called to make a complaint to this McDonald’s and I was given to who I’m guessing is the female manager. I tried talking yo her about my complaint but she was being rude and would try talking over me almost the entire time after I made my complaint known. “Ok…. What do you want me to do about it?” “Is the door dasher gonna come back and get it?” “Are you going to come get it?” “I can’t deliver it to you because I’m at work and we don’t have a delivery service.” Well you could’ve done your job the CORRECT WAY and make sure as MANAGER that everything is there before it leaves the building/your hands or you could’ve offered a refund instead of disrespecting your customers who help pay your wage. On the app it shows there’s McDelivery so I mentioned that and her response was “Through door dash.” I just immediately hung up. I’m not willing to talk to someone who consistently talks over me and being rude over their mess up. This location frequently messes up my orders when I stop by. I get that things happen and I understand but it should never be almost every single time I go there. I worked in fast food restaurants for 11 years and I know for a fact that missing food/messing up orders should never happen frequently throughout a single work day. That makes for angry complaining customers and you’re not meeting the expectations of how much you should’ve made for the store for the entire day. I know for a fact you should never be rude to your customers regardless of how the customer is and how you’re feeling. I know as a manager expectations are higher under the company name. This entire store honestly needs retrained or replaced because this isn’t ok and unnecessary! I’m out money for 2 chocolate milks and didn't get the chocolate milks. I don’t work everyday to waste money on stuff. I guarantee the would say the same things if someone messed up their orders! FIX THE PROBLEMS OR LOSE CUSTOMERS!
ordered a Big Mac and received a mclettuce
The biscuit in the biscuit and gravy are always hard! I like the gravy so I kept giving them more chances with thinking it’s just a bad day for biscuits. I get them early thinking it was because I had gotten them too close to breakfast being over but they’re always still hard in spots. I have to get it at Casey’s now due to Casey’s biscuit isn’t hard even though I do like McDonald’s gravy a little better. If they could fix the hard biscuit issue I would def choose to get my breakfast at McDonald’s
I ordered through the app. My order was completed in a timely manner. The food was good. I feel this location has improved since I was here last.
