When you ask for only ketchup on your mcdouble and it has mayo and pickles on it seriously how hard is it to simply put ketchup on it?

The manager made me a French Vanilla Iced Coffee and left me a surprise paper clip at the bottom. I got through most of the drink before realizing, which is disgusting. I can't even imagine how a paper clip ends up in my Coffee but it doesn't make me very confident the kitchen is kept clean. This place has had some of the worst service in town as of late, hope they get it together.

My husband ordered online and I got there 30 minutes late to pick it up and the food would be cold but the staff members made me a fresh and hot meal and I was amazed by the quality of the service. I appreciate it so much!???

If this wasn't the only McDonald's in my town I would not come here. Between the employees being rude and dismissive, and the fact that they consistently get my order wrong every time I go here. This used to be the only McDonald's in the area that didn't mess up my order. Now I never get the food I ordered the way I ordered it. Either train your employees better or make sure they can read before putting them on window duty.
