There are so many bad reviews and this place really isn’t as terrible as people make it seem. I have been coming here since i was kid and haven’t been since high school about 10 years ago and while it did used to be a lot better, it’s still not that bad. There are a few things to avoid but overall most of the food was good and it may not have been piping hot but it wasn’t too cold either. Friendly staff and clean environment!
I met the place maybe a month ago and probably is one of my favorites. The food is really good, specially the Lo mein, teriyaki chicken and the crab Rangoon. I love to take some food for to go sometimes and share it with my family. Also the atmosphere is really good, they don't sell alcohol so the atmosphere is a family atmosphere.
Was hoping this was the same as the Metro Buffet in Cedar Rapids...close, but not the same. Although they didn't have sushi, they had plenty of really good food. The owner came around a couple of times to chat and tell us about the business. It is a really affordable and delicious option. We'll visit again when we're back that way.
