Drinks are not consistent. I order the same drink and they taste different every time. I don't like how they don't read back your order because I have received my drinks messed up many times. Today ordered a latte with half flavor and a smoothie for my daughter and they made my latte full flavor and my kids smoothie half flavor. It literally taste like milk and ice which usually the smoothies are good. Wasted both drinks because they both tasted bad.
When they get it right, it's good which is dependent on who is working and making the drinks. Service is ehhh at times and they make me feel like I'm a bother. A couple people I enjoy when they are at the window, they're super nice and positive.
Honestly wish there was a Starbucks in town.

First time.....hot chocolate wasn't so hot I couldn't drink it but it could have had a richer flavor. Donuts were ice cold but decent tasting. We didn't care for the bacon-burrito. I would try other things & didn't feel it was any more "price wise" than any of the other fast food choices.
I love Scooters coffee, however the last 3 times my boyfriend and I have gone… to this location; one of our drinks are piping hot while the others is nearly luke warm. This location really needs some work. And from now on I will make sure the cup feels warm or I’m going to be handing it back.

Service is almost always friendly and fast! There have been a couple times where my order wasn't made quite right, but everyone has their off days! The location manager is super sweet and always greets her customers with a cheerful attitude and a smile. So glad to have a Scooters in our little town. ❤️
