Drinks are not consistent. I order the same drink and they taste different every time. I don't like how they don't read back your order because I have received my drinks messed up many times. Today ordered a latte with half flavor and a smoothie for my daughter and they made my latte full flavor and my kids smoothie half flavor. It literally taste like milk and ice which usually the smoothies are good. Wasted both drinks because they both tasted bad.
When they get it right, it's good which is dependent on who is working and making the drinks. Service is ehhh at times and they make me feel like I'm a bother. A couple people I enjoy when they are at the window, they're super nice and positive.
Honestly wish there was a Starbucks in town.

First time.....hot chocolate wasn't so hot I couldn't drink it but it could have had a richer flavor. Donuts were ice cold but decent tasting. We didn't care for the bacon-burrito. I would try other things & didn't feel it was any more "price wise" than any of the other fast food choices.

Service is almost always friendly and fast! There have been a couple times where my order wasn't made quite right, but everyone has their off days! The location manager is super sweet and always greets her customers with a cheerful attitude and a smile. So glad to have a Scooters in our little town. ❤️

We ordered our drinks ahead of time on the app, when we went to pick them up the barista didn’t seem to know the order and was very annoyed asking several times what the order was for. What we ordered was a small matcha smoothie with low-fat ice cream, large cappuccino blender with caramel and an extra shot of espresso, and a cinnamon roll. What we got after several times of showing and telling our order was a small iced matcha, medium mocha latte hot, and no cinnamon roll. We will not be going back to this location.

I was disappointed this morning. My cinnamon roll was placed in the sack sideways. The huge blob of icing fell off the roll and stuck to the container making a mess. (Drive-thru …in my car on way to work) Of course, I put the icing back on the roll upright but the roll was not warm and the icing never melted, as it should have. The cost for the not-warm roll mess & coffee was $7.38.
