Did not add all of my bacon so I paid for 4 only got two you need to train the employees better

they charged us for a whole extra sub we didn't order, and the food wasn't great, inhave been to better subways.

I ordered my food online an hour ahead of time to be ready at 5:00. When I showed up at 5:00 they had no idea what I was talking about and had to look to see oh yeah two orders came in we should do those. Then proceeded to make him in front of me in just too much and too little and sloppy and nasty

Don't order online. They make your sandwiches small. And don't put the damn meat in it.on top of that forget your sauces they did 2 sauces but I requested more and they do not give adequate servings of each topping. As well I ordered 6 cookies,but got every wrong one,aside as them being stale

Starting off, I want to say, this Subway has come a long way in the past few months. New staff, faster help, and very clean. I want to address the other reviews mentioning online orders taking up wait times by saying that they have fixed this by limiting online orders (which I experienced first hand when I tried to place one) only to go in and see a full line. I'm glad they put their in-person customers first. Secondly, they have amazing staff which memorize your order if you're regular and are always polite. A lot of subways I've gone to have problems with having food prepared already (churros, mostly) but they always have fresh stuff ready and stocked. You'll always get the perfect amount of sauce. A couple of the younger boys who work there are very nice, and often strike up funny conversations. It really does feel like a hometown Subway. I love seeing them put fresh bread in the ovens knowing the bread I'm eating is just as fresh. Always smells great, probably the cleanest building in town.

Ordered two Philly steak sandwiches, no extras, didn't catch it at first, was looking at receipt after I ate my sandwich, was charged for having extra meat on both sandwiches, didn't ask for extra meat, nor was there any extra meat on the sandwich, if there was, I hate to see what a normal order would come with, sandwich was good, Price was not!! After asking around with other people, I guess this is an ongoing issue with this subway in the town of Perry, Iowa, being charged for things u didn't order, or paying for upgrades you didn't get!! Hadn't been to Subway in a while, really don't plan on going back, after being taken and hearing it's been happening to others!! If you go, watch your receipt!!

Waited in line for 15 minutes because the two people behind the counter were both too busy making online orders to be bothered to help the six people standing in line waiting to be helped. If you don't mind crappy service for mediocre food in a tiny restaurant then this is the place for you!

Went to get a salad and it was almost 10 $ for like not even half the guy who made it I had asked him to add more vegetables on it I was very disappointed getting one and will never spent that much when you don’t get what you pay for

Ever since they've started limiting how many veggies I can ask for to have put on my sub, this place has just seemed to be on a downward spiral.I do not recommend.
Not impressed with this subway. To start out went in and was told they had to many online orders couldn't make our sandwiches. Finally say they can squeeze us in. Once done with our sandwiches staff disappeared into the back never made any sandwiches until the next people came in and made there's no problem so was really confused. They were out of Turkey which is only thing I care for there. I'd think they would stay well stocked with meat. Also grandkids wanted chocolate chip cookies but out of them also. The coke a cola was flat also
