We stopped in for breakfast, she stopped serving at 10:30. But referred us to a place in Bloomfield.
Very much appreciated.
My friend has gluten allergies and eggs and veggies are best for him.

At the referral of a friend from Douds, we stopped in here on our way back home to Ankeny, from looking at houses in Alabama, during the afternoon of 8/23/24. My wife got the tenderloin, and I got the bacon cheeseburger. Both were extremely good, and the fries were good, too. The prices are very fair, and the selections are typical of a diner. It's great to see this place open again, and I hope that the community can help keep this place open. We'll definitely be back when we head South again.

Great service and the best pie I have ever tasted!
Sally's was a great place to go up until a couple of months ago. Sally has always been a bit snippy but lately she has been downright NASTY! She has no problem yelling at her customers and berating them in front of all the patrons in her restaurant. I have witnessed how rude and demeaning she is to her very own STAFF and as good as her food is, I will be taking my money else where. You're an adult, Sally, you need to be better and know how you are treating YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS is completely unacceptable!
Best home-cooked meals and pies in North Iowa!!! Loved hot beef dinners at the Lake Mills Coffee Shop growing up, and Sally's are my fave too!
