The food was good. The manager was rude to the staff, reprimanded in front of customers. She told the young man taking orders to stop taking orders and fill bags because that was his job not just standing around taking orders, even though there were 3 of us in line. Then she walked by us and said he will be with you in a minute. I have had years of experience as a manager and would never treat staff that way, when they were trying to do everything she said.

Usually have good experiences. But today we got nasty shriveled fries probably from lunch. We ordered around 6:30pm

Wish they would pour some bleach on the floor between the outside door and the door to the food. The entryway stink like toilets

The exporter took an opened sandwich from a customer rewrapped it and put back on warmer. Disgusting. Was ignored when I entered. Until manager came out. This happened a little after 1814 on 7/5/24

I prefer BK over McD's in our town. And I think in general. The flame grilled perfection. The type of cheese they use. The pickles. Mmmm. Only issue is sometimes whomever cooking is having a bad day and they're craft shows it. Sloppy sandwiches kind of thing. But they always taste amazing. BK has great fries when fresh. Less salty than other places but still salted. And I love the thick cut. More of a potato flavor than just oil. I'll never stop having it my way!!

Me and my 3-year-old son pulled into this Burger King last night right in the middle of the tornado sirens going off.. we were over an hour away from our home and had nowhere else to take shelter. The kindness and compassion that the tiny crew working that night showed us was absolutely amazing. I was lost and very worried about me and my sons safety and they welcomed Us in, kept us safe and kept us updated on the progress of the storm. They just showed beyond customer service compassion and care. I am so glad that I decided to pull into the Burger King instead of the McDonald's because those people helped me and my son make it back home safe.
