The cake I picked up was exactly as requested....but the customer service wasn't necessarily the friendliest. I felt more like an inconvenience than a customer.

I want to say thank you to Casey who worked Sunday night. I'ma from Council Bluffs and he made sure flowers got delivered to my sister Sunday night. It was important to me she got them. I spoke to a girl earlier n daytime that assured me they would get delivered by 4 p.m. because they had another delivery going out even though it was Sunday Thank you again Casey n the girl who delivered them.from Audrey Nielsen Council Bluffs Iowa.

This location has a decent selection and i usualy dnt have to many problem. Today my cashier was sweet and patient and did a great job but the bag boy was horrid. He was obviously in a bad mood whitch he always seems to be when i get him whitch happens but he made some pretty rude comments about the amount of groceries i bought and tht i shouldve already had my car ready wen i came after i did say i wasnt planning on buying the amount i did before hand. Then we found one of my cases of soda had a broken can that was leaking, didnt offer to exchange it or anything. He seemed to have a rude comment for,eberything. Ik jobs can suck at times but if ur in a bad mood just keep ur mouth shut dnt take it out on the custemor.
