Went there to get a bite to eat got my order to go when I got home come to find out I had ordered a 12-piece they gave me an eight-piece I ordered original they gave me extra crispy way to go on taking orders and fulfilling them
They need more help. Help was bickering. We ordered $25 of food! Taco was ice cold, no sour cream, no biscuit with number 5. Had to ask for butter and napkins. Poor, poor, poor. Won’t come again!
I’ve gone to this kfc/Taco Bell for years and I know that 90% of the time the food is garbage but there’s not a lot of options so I gave it another try. I placed a mobile order for a 5 piece dark meat meal and I was given a 4 piece white meat meal. We got the order as soon as it was done and took it straight home but the chicken was soggy, the breading was falling off and it obviously didn’t taste good. When we picked up the food there were only 2 people in line to order and a young girl was about to take their order when her manager came up and rudely told her not to take anyone else’s order until they could catch up. There wasn’t a line in the drive thru and the only people who ordered besides me had only ordered famous bowls. There was no reason for the manager to not be willing to take more orders at that time. The people in line ended up leaving and eating somewhere else. I wish I hadn’t ordered online so I could’ve eaten elsewhere too.
This place is a joke. Only 2 people working. The girl at the front was told not to take any more orders until she was caught up. This place has so much potential & they have ruined it.
The food was so terrible, the service was terrible, and the atmosphere was terrible they were talking bad about customers and they make fun of the customers and they don’t greet customers and tell the customers have a good day like they used too. It’s to the point where I don’t want to go back and eat. They need help with customer service
Was in the drive through for over 40 minutes with only 3 people in front of us. The cashier didn't say a word to us nor check to make sure it was our food and how much it was. Not worth going.
Waited at least 30 minutes when there was only 3-4 cars in ground of me
Believe every bad review you see here. The management is a joke. The sandwich with soggy bun and soggy chicken, the stale fries, the sweet tea that tastes like water i was letting go but the no sauce i ordered for my chicken nuggies was the straw that broke the camels back. So I call and tell the manager all my concerns when I dont want them to write down my name so I can get more nasty food later at a place I'll never be again i was just in the area for work. So when I ask how to get my money back he gets mad and then hangs up on me. Of course I call back and he proceeds to yell at me and hang up multiple times threatening me with criminal charges because I wanted my money back. I've contacted kfc and hopefully will get a call back from them. The manager acted like a child taking it personally instead of realizing for the 50th time that it's not just the customer after all the bad reviews. Not sure how this man child became a manager but I know he should not be running anything. No wonder the food is terrible with a screaming child running the store.
Worst kfc in the country. Rude at drive thru and how can you not have extra crispy.

I received a call from KFC Manager that is here to help this location. She was super polite and listened to my concerns. She wanted to take care of the situation and went above my expectations. My hope is that her caring style of management can grow within this store.
Thank you for the call back. Was nice to see someone cares and wants to make it right.

TERRIBLE!!!! This place only keeps going because of its national reputation. It took 38 minutes to get our food. So many people waiting, not getting food, getting refunds. I felt sorry for those who had to go back to work without any lunch. The cashier announced loudly that as soon as her background check went though at another job she had applied for, she was out of there! The cooks were throwing things and banging around in the back. I wish I’d read the reviews before stopping because this place has been in trouble for several years it looks like. I had Nachos Bellgrande, which I’ve had tons of times in different places but these chips were so so salty that they were inedible. But I didn’t have another 38 minutes to wait and get something else. Thumbs down, zero stars, stay away!!!!
Drive thru time was looonnngggg! No greeting at arrival. Had to say hellloooo to get a very unenergetic or caring voice say order when you're ready....
Gosh, I thought maybe they'll thank me and make it better. That's a big nope!

Food was hot and delicious. So I guess I got what I came for.
Service was extremely slow. Chicken was very greasy.
I went in on January 2 2025, at 6pm to order a family 16 piece bucket family meal. I was told this was not available.?! I don’t understand as it was dinner time and yet couldn’t order a family meal! When it is clearly on the menu. Not sure what’s going on but very disappointed.
Store manage present around 12:30-1 PM on 11/27/24 was rude. Store was closed for system updates according to manager, online ordering was still live, manager told us to call customer service to refund our money, customer service told us the location had to cancel the order first, called the location and explained and the managers response was "that's not my problem".
