After waiting over 45 minutes to receive my food and bringing this to someone's attention, the person outright said I absolutely did not wait 45 minutes, as if I'm either a liar or an idiot who doesn't know how to tell time, then proceeded to end the conversation by slamming the drive through window closed. No apology. No offer to reimburse the meal. No offer for a few for item. Just rude, disrespectful discourse. At no time during the majority of the waiting (at the window 20 min+) did they communicate that it was going to be a wait or why the delay or apologize.

Stopped at drive thru at 8pm and menu light was off, told it was broke. I couldn't read most of menu and had to ask questions. No other customers were in line or inside. The man told me to use my phone flashlight and I tried but it didn't help. The man was rude. When I got to window I told the girl that the person who took my order was rude. She said that was her manager. I asked to speak to him. He came to the window and I told him I felt he was rude when taking my order. Well, I hadn't seen anything up to that point! He was so rude and nasty. I asked him district managers name and number, he said her name was Brittany and he didn't have her number. I will find a way to contact her maybe even the owners. I can't remember a time when I was treated so nasty by someone in the service industry.

So the food is pretty good. I usually dont go to other towns stores to cut down on burnout. The main gripe I have is that they are often short staffed. Alot of times at lunch times they have one person doing front counter service And taking orders from drive thru and passing prepared food thru window. Alot of times at lunch I and other customers have had to wait 10-15 minutes before getting served at the counter. I cant beleive the owner cant afford to have one person dedicated to counter service only during lunch and other rush times. A word of warning. If you see 2 or more school busses in thw parking lot you can count on sports teams holding up the line flow. Even the most pious saint could have their patience tested. It is said God is slow to anger, but Im waiting for Zues tbunderbolt to hit soon. I am more of a Bell fan, so I cant really sd is good ay anything about the KFC side. I wish I could use the Bell app, but its KFC only. In summery the taco bell food is great, but I would not recomend coming here if you are in a hurry to be served. It appears to it will never match the spped you would expect in a large city. I cant help admire thw patiance of the residents ofough business Red Oak Ia. They continue to come in and give it enough business to keep it going.

Worst extra crispy I’ve had at KFC yet, was soggy and mostly tasteless besides the fact that it takes forever for your order to be processed.

Absolutely crappy customer service and failure to communicate clearly to all customers this restaurant is only concerned with covering their own butts to the point they will gaslight anyone and everyone they can to make themselves feel good about being unable to deliver consistent customer service not to mention the broken table makes the place look completely pathetic and in disrepair

Came here after a long day at work. everytime I have came through the Red Oak taco bell, their lobby always seems to be closed or very dirty. The wait for the food was ridiculous. The management and customer service is very poorly managed. Not a good place to go to eat if you’re wanting good food or get treated with respect.

Went there to get a bite to eat got my order to go when I got home come to find out I had ordered a 12-piece they gave me an eight-piece I ordered original they gave me extra crispy way to go on taking orders and fulfilling them

They need more help. Help was bickering. We ordered $25 of food! Taco was ice cold, no sour cream, no biscuit with number 5. Had to ask for butter and napkins. Poor, poor, poor. Won’t come again!

I’ve gone to this kfc/Taco Bell for years and I know that 90% of the time the food is garbage but there’s not a lot of options so I gave it another try. I placed a mobile order for a 5 piece dark meat meal and I was given a 4 piece white meat meal. We got the order as soon as it was done and took it straight home but the chicken was soggy, the breading was falling off and it obviously didn’t taste good. When we picked up the food there were only 2 people in line to order and a young girl was about to take their order when her manager came up and rudely told her not to take anyone else’s order until they could catch up. There wasn’t a line in the drive thru and the only people who ordered besides me had only ordered famous bowls. There was no reason for the manager to not be willing to take more orders at that time. The people in line ended up leaving and eating somewhere else. I wish I hadn’t ordered online so I could’ve eaten elsewhere too.

This place is a joke. Only 2 people working. The girl at the front was told not to take any more orders until she was caught up. This place has so much potential & they have ruined it.
