Store manage present around 12:30-1 PM on 11/27/24 was rude. Store was closed for system updates according to manager, online ordering was still live, manager told us to call customer service to refund our money, customer service told us the location had to cancel the order first, called the location and explained and the managers response was "that's not my problem".

Ordered online for pick up on a Wednesday at lunch time and drove about 30 minutes to find out the location was closed. The individual inside, who I'd assume is the manager, stated they are closed due to an update to their system. When asked what can be done we were told that he couldn't do anything and to contact customer support. When I informed him that online ordering was still allowed for this location and he might want to contact someone to turn it off to prevent further customer issues, he raised his voice saying I didn't need to tell him how to do his job. After multiple calls to customer care, we are now awaiting a refund which will take days, wasted 30 minutes each way, and don't have lunch. I worked retail management for many years and try to be understanding but after the interaction with this employee, I will never be back, I probably should have read the other reviews before attempting to order from here.

Half bowl of potatoes. Corn looked to be a week old, dried up and completely un eat able. Mac and cheese looked old. Chicken was barely eat able. Very sad to see KFC get so bad

Service- awful Food - awful Atmosphere - awful We waited forever for our food. Finally went up and they apologized (sounded sarcastic) and gave us our food. It was like they forgot us. Everything was cold. But they gave us a whole tray of butter and honey. A WHOLE TRAY. Like that was going to make up for it? Then the whole time we are sitting there (while we were waiting for our food also) they had rap music blasting and were singing and dancing to it. Extremely inappropriate rap music. My young daughter was there. DO NOT GO. I’m going send a report to corporate. KFC has always been a favorite but they are turning into trash.

Combo KFC/Taco Bell Ordered my usual TB combo #6. To my surprise and definitely disappointed taste buds the chalupa has been drastically changed. This previously delicious fry bread has been changed to something similar to the crust of a very cheap frozen pizza. Flat, hard, flavorless. Don't recommend. My wife got her usual KFC chicken. It was average at best in flavor. And we marveled at how small the chicken pieces were.

Spent $67 on family meal deal and added 6 piece all to get home with all dry chicken and rock hard biscuits. Not my first bad experience with them but it will b the last.

If I could give them zero stars that's What I would do the food sucked services worse? Do not go there if you don't want your gravy. How hard is it to put gravy with your mashed potatoes when you order mashed potatoes and gravy. It's not rocket science people, it is food.

I went and picked up an order from kfc/Taco Bell in red oak Iowa and was dissatisfied with the quality of my order because the skin of the chicken was soggy and not very tasteful.
Stopped on our way through after a long day of trimming peoples pets' nails, and staff was polite and helpful. The food was hot and tasted great.

We went through the drive thru. The chicken tenders had been sitting and were chewy and dry. The fries were hard. We could not eat any of it. No, my biscuit was good. My husband's was doughy. We do not eat out very often. We were on our way out of town. Otherwise we would have taken it back.
