F this place. I drove 30 minutes to go get some food because everywhere else was closed. Pull up with 20 minutes left to close. No one says anything Through the speaker. When I pull up to the window To get someone’s attention They ignore me. Then when I went to go walk in The front door, They Went and locked it. Now everywhere is closed and I wasted that gas and time.

This McDonald's in Red Oak Iowa is one of the new designs. Very modern and efficient. No playroom, but kids still like it 👍 very clean 😉 Friendly and helpful staff 👍

I love McDonald's. It's been a thing since I was a kid in the late 80's early 90's. I miss the old aesthetic but I get it.

Received some of our food and realized was missing fries . After awkwardly waving outside the window we were able to ask for our fries and I also asked for two honey mustards and was told that was ok then when she brought us the fries she said it would be $.35 for each of the honey mustards. Seems like a goofy way to be “cutting” cost.

Red Oaks McDonald's is a absolute disgrace to the business. The fact that a person can spend $10-15 on a meal and throw half of it away because it's poorly made, been sitting under a warmer for two hours to long or just tastes like absolute trash. I will never waste my money or time going to McDonald's in my home town again. Nothing but a bunch of over paid crackheads not doing their job

just a classic McDonald's, nothing really remarkable, but still good for that quick on-the-go bite.
Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. My drink was so watered down and filled with ice I could have just ordered water. The food is awful. They use the automated service at the drive through which means there should be more time for them to get things right inside, you’d think, and yet they don’t. I’ve been here a few times over the years and it’s only managed to get worse. Don’t waste your time or money on this place, if you’re in hurry and thirsty/hungry.. you’re better off starving or going elsewhere. Poor management, poor service, poor food quality, poor drink quality, poor everything.
