Clean and Courteous! The place was nice and familiar with a kind and helpful staff. The food was on point and fresh out of the oven. My kids got the cheese personal pan and I got traditional wings slathered in sweet chili. We were very pleased with our experience and do plan to return!

Usually don't make reviews but after yesterday I can't help it. This isn't the 1st mistake made and maybe I should learn my lesson. Put an online order in at 2:30 for a 4:30 pick-up. When I arrived my order hadn't even left the assembly line. I gave them the benefit of doubt. Maybe they got busy or something happened in those 2 hours that they got behind. 20 minutes later I received my food. Got home and 2 out of the 3 were right. My pizza was not extra sauce, the sauce I asked for, or had the extra pepperoni. Again I normally don't complain, don't even call them to let them know, but giving them 2 hours wasn't enough and then still got the order wrong. That was a $50 order too. General Manager apparently was too busy with a/his family to maybe correct things. Another customer also had to wait for just 1 pizza. Only good thing was the lady behind the counter jumped in to help speed up things and apologized for the wait, so she gets a pass from me. This isn't the 1st company to screw up and make me not go to that specific place again. I guess if I want Pizza Hut again I'll go to one of the surrounding areas because this one keeps making expensive mistakes.

well ordered a pizza waited 20 mins get there they just now putting my pizza in half to stand there for an extra 20 mins also last time i went there they completely forgot a topping hair better staff or close the place.

Hospitality was terrible, very unprofessional and overall pathetic. After paying for my food the woman at the cash register said it will be 15 minutes till it’s ready, even though it should’ve already been done. After waiting for 55 minutes along with watching people who’ve ordered after me walk out with their food, I finally went back up to the front counter where the woman proceeded to get in my face. If I could rate this overall experience at the Red Oak Pizza Hut a negative 5 stars I would.

Me and my friend (both females)ordered a pizza around 7:20, we were told it would be done by 7:50. We showed up when finished and it was filled with multiple men waiting for their own orders. Seemed manager was trying to figure orders out, so he went around asking all the men what they needed. Looked at us and went straight past, completely ignored. More time passed and we had waited over an hour and men who came after were sorted out before us. The people waiting for even 30 minutes were given free food, while we were there for over 3x that and nothing free was given. A nice worker had to yell out for us to be given our pizza and we were finally acknowledged. We left the shop around 8:50 , feeling embarrassed and upset that we had to practically force the manager to see us compared to all the men.

Men's bathroom was so dirty that after I washed my hands. I grabbed another paper towel to unlock the door. Came and found out they didn't have ham to make a Supremo sandwich. They head just got truck and didn't get any ham for the sandwiches and pizza dough. That were getting ready to close the store for the day because that did have product to make anything. Staff was friendly. So me and my dad just left and got lunch elsewhere.
Be sure to check your order before leaving. Even if they tell you that everything is there, check for yourself. We order 2-3 times a month and about 50% of the time they forget the extra sauces we order. Once you are out the door it is your problem. They will not give you the rest of your order unless you pay for the missing items a second time and they will not refund the missing items because there's "no proof that they forgot".
