Left my other reviews on Google,and their website went there for the chicken dinner deal the lady looked at me like I had two heads finally she told me no that deal is with the buffet thanks so I ended up getting the two chicken dinner it was ok but the mashed potatoes and gravy were bland next time tell the customers it starts at a certain time I'm not from there didn't want to wait till 5 no ty thanks for reading something needs to done not were sorry

My first visit to Pizza Ranch and I loved it. The employees were exception in the service they offered, especially Michelle, and the food was excellent. I am very pleased with my Pizza Ranch meal.
Exploring the area while in town as a Ragbrai support driver. Very clean and friendly with a nice all you can eat pizza and salad selection. Would drop in there again.

Fine dining? Obviously no. However, we were riding RAGBRAI and were furiously burning calories. The pizza was satisfying, and the fried chicken hit it out of the park. Despite the busy atmosphere, the staff was super courteous. Pizza Ranch fulfills a particular need in a spectacular way.

Great place to fuel up for RAGBRAI, good salad bar and pizza selection
The food was great. I had a talkative server that I have known for a long time that I had to politely ask to back off because I was there to relax and enjoy the food, not so much socilize. Everything else was fine. What you would expect from a buffet

Kaitlyn at the counter made sure we received the best price. Pizza was fresh. Made to order. Buffet was fully stocked. Tables were constantly bussed of dirty dishes.

The buffet closes at 7:30, not 8, which is annoying and stupid. Don’t list your hours as until 8 when your main thing ends at 7:30. Hy-Vee doesn’t stop selling groceries half an hour before they close.
Needs to fix their bathroom to the stalls better
