The service was rude the lights were all off outside even the menu board. It was like 8:30 pm. Guy gave me the wrong soda. Got two twelve packs of hard tacos. Its almost $60. Drove all the way back to shenandoah get home and go to eat and none of them have lettuce and only a tiny bit of meat and cheese they were supposed to all be regular hard tacos. I called to ask and the guy was so dismissive and rude. Says o yah were out of lettuce and laughs at me. I was like you could have told me when I ordered and he just said my bad. Such a huge waste of money. The tacos are pretty much just old stale shells.

Tonight the food was absolutely amazing. The manager, he was extremely helpful and polite. The pack line worker did amazing making our food. It was perfect. Those two guys being there by themselves working as a team, did amazing. Wish the rest of the Taco bell employees did the same, but great job to those two. June 14th, 2025;7:53PM.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service at the Taco Bell and KFC in Red Oak. Our experience began with a 20-minute wait in the drive-thru, as the lobby was closed, like usual. While waiting, we learned KFC had run out of chicken, a problem that seems to persist. When we finally reached the speaker, we were told that Taco Bell was closed. My wife attempted to report her concerns via phone but was met with unprofessional comments from a staff member, presumed to be the manager. The conversation was over, and they proceeded to call back, which she declined to answer. As a result, we are done at this location. To redeem themselves, the management needs to improve, ensure a steady food supply, and adopt a more respectful attitude. The current situation is and has been horrible.
Do yourself a favor if ever going to this restaurant get out of your car and go inside because the drive-thru can take up to an hour

This place has the worst service. 45 minutes to get my food. I haven’t eaten at a Taco Bell in quite some time, when did they get so proud of their food. I ordered 6 tacos and 3 pieces of chicken and just shy of $40. Definitely done with this place.

Workers are always rude and act like you’re disturbing them. Got my food shoved into my hands. Asked for no beans and extra meat, which I PAID for and of course there are beans on it! KFC chicken is always over cooked as well and their fries are always disgusting from sitting around constantly. It’s always this location that has issues. Every other one I’ve been to has never had problems.

One lady asked for her money back order took to long. Need more help. We went because a relative worked there but he was off that day. My husband's chicken sandwich was loaded with sauce. Both sides had to be wiped off. Not good!!

Don't come here unless you have more than 30 minutes for lunch. Dine in always takes a while to get them to take your order. Then I waited 26 minutes for my food. Food was fine and correct but man what a wait for some fast food.
