Every time I order ahead like at least an hour in advance in the evening hours my sub is never ready. I’m waiting for my subs to be made when they were ordered way ahead of others who are walking in. Don’t recommend this

Food is good, but one girl in there is rather rude which makes me not want to go there. I don't think it's right, in order to get Subway deals you have to order on line. Not everyone has access to do that and it can get confusing for older people.

Always great and fresh food to choose from.Vegetarian options: You don't have to have meat on a sub to still have a grate lunch at subway. They have a lot of veggies too choose from.Kid-friendliness: Always a nice place to go for lunch or to go out on a brunch date with someone. They don't get paid enough, which is why I always leave them a tip.Dietary restrictions: If you have issues with food allergies, it's one of the best places to go for a sub then.

Extremely rude and swore at me when they messed up my meal.
Went in to grab lunch. No hi, hello, welcome in, but even a friendly face from the 2 young men working. I'm guessing since I was rudely informed that if I didn't have a online order I'd have to wait. I said ok cool, nobody else is here waiting I thought to myself. But then the look on his face, the frustrations from both workers made me just smile and walk away. Idk if it's because I'm black and they aren't use to color folks in that store or if it's because I didn't flash my gay pride for them, either way NEVER AGAIN.

Ordered a Philly, had ice in it??♀️when i called, manager said "ok". Didn't offer to fix or anything. Won't be going back and will def let fam & friends know about lack of customer service.
