This gem of a bar & grill humbled me fast...I was in full-blown mocking mode as I took in the simple storefront building shadowed between two monolithic feed mills. I smiled condescendingly at the ancient payphone bolted to the wall, carefully navigated the rather steep ramp to get to the dining area, snorted derisively when we were asked if we had reservations, arrogantly edited the generous menu...and then...stopped laughing. $2 for a frozen mug of root beer? The rack of...
It's a small town restaurant. Good portion sizes for the money. Service is excellent. Waitress must have esp, she came by to ask how it was, when I didn't have food in my mouth. That hardly ever happens. I'll be going back.
BEST food in da world. Friendly staff and people. Amazing atmosphere, a very large parking lot. Tip ask for ranch seasoning on the cheese balls or fries because it is AMAZING.
Vegetarian options: Amazing salads but very few salads.
