Worst customer experience ever. The owner started shouting at us for using her power to charge a laptop. She accused us for trying to just use her power and said she would charge us N$100. I was in the middle of an important work call and she just started shouting without even saying “Mrs” can we chat or anything. She is so rude. We don’t walk into a coffee shop trying to just come use your power - mind you we didn’t even ask for WiFi. I came to enjoy a nice drink and snack while taking a call and my battery power happened to reduce. Such a horrible experience - not recommended as a place to go. Just can’t believe service can be this bad at a coffee shop. Don’t do it - don’t go there.

I absolutely LOVE this place and thoroughly enjoy coming here every time I'm in Sac, the drinks, snacks, and customer energy is amazing. However, this last visit, I ordered a frappe with specific ingredients in it (I said no chocolate because I can NOT have chocolate) and she made me a turtle. Then I brought it up to her and she proceeded to say that is what came in the turtle but I did not ask for the turtle. I asked for a frappe with specific ingredients in it. Then my mom went up and asked for a turtle and they put nothing in hers. I did not receive a refund and they denied giving me the wrong order.. Money was wasted but I bought a simple smoothie that I know I like as a replacement and it was great. Workers need to learn to be a little more attentive to what the customer wants. Will still be coming back, I love this place, just maybe ordering different drinks.

I stopped by this coffee shop today and was so unimpressed. The young lady that made my sandwich was so rude and even gave me rotten black avocado. I do NOT recommend.

Great coffee shop with breakfast, lunch, and snack offerings. Service is fast and friendly. You can also shop, read, work, or just hang out with friends. A very nice addition to the area!

I had my grandsons with me this morning and the line was quite long. I sat down to chat and before I knew it, Abby came and asked if we wanted anything. She then very patiently answered my grandsons questions so that he could make his selection. Such a gem in downtown Sac City.

Our drinks were great and we bought pumpkin spice bread that we will eat when we get back home.

Do not get there frappes they aren’t even coffee they are flavoring an ice that’s it an they’ll leave a whole pile of suger at the bottom so it taste like garbage how hard is it to screw up a coffee an blended ice drink like u have to pay 2$ dollars extra to even make it a frappe Wtv Rosie’s bye

It’s so fun to always go there to get food and drinks. Abby is always so kind and gives great options if you’re stumped on what you’ll should get. When I go it’s always so nice and calming. The food and drinks are amazing and they come out super fast.
