Small family business with huge selection on menu. The windy whopper was awesome ( handmade burger, not a frozen patty) The steak sandwich I think was probably the best one I’ve eaten ( thick and tender). Worth the drive.. oh and the prices were just as good as the food
we have ate here on and off since moving here over 20 years ago. I love the salad bar and have always been very satisfied. However our most resent visit was NOT good. I got the cod and mashed potatoes . Our food took a long time and then my mashed potatoes and gravy were very cold. The waitress did not come back to the table for a long time. The boys were done eating and I was still waiting for a waiter to come. Eventually she came and warmed them up but by then my dinner was...
I call this a hidden gem. A restaurant you absolutely must visit! Never have a had a bad meal here. A wide selection. All of the food is very good! I love the salad bar. Not overly priced. Locally family owned. Going back several generations. Service as good as it gets! Kept clean. Try to come here a few times a year. Including my birthday. Checks all of the boxes. Giving this restaurant five stars was a no brainer.
