I went through the drive thru and ordered one of the specialty blizzards. Specifically the Reese’s Pieces Cookie Dough blizzard. It looked to be correct before I drove off. I had about a 20 minute drive to where I was going. I didn’t dig into it until I got to my destination. Once there, I took a bite, only to find out it was Reese’s PB cup.

Stopped to grab something on our way home from vacation. Stood there waiting for our food and observed a man hanging out at the counter slurping on an ice cream cone talking to workers. He eventually went behind the counter while still slurping away. The sandwiches were hot, but soggy. The fish and chicken pretty much both taste like the oil hasn't been changed in months. The fries were ok, but after asking for ketchup twice, the kid still didn't understand what I wanted. I'm not sure he was even legally old enough to be working. Horrible experience.
I don't know if this is a normal thing at every DQ but I ordered a burger and the whole sandwich was soggy but scalding hot. Even the tomato and lettuce, it was clearly microwaved. I had to toss it.

No brownies or fudge in the Royal Ultimate Choco Brownie Blizzard, AGAIN !I know that it cost more because it is Royal Ultimate, but can I get what I ordered for once, and if not charge me less!I have ordered 4 within the last few weeks and one has been made correctly, can I get the difference back in what you charge me for the extras I have paid for and not received !?

Went to DQ to get the blizzards and had the 85 cent coupon for a small blizzard. I was advised at the speaker we don’t honor those promotions. I got the blizzard anyway and they were as usual a sloppy mess and no napkins. The service at this location and the mall is terrible. Done supporting this local businesses.

I showed up at 11:00 and doors were locked. I waited 10 minutes til they opened. No soap in the bathrooms and I watched an employee walk right out before me without washing hands to cooking food. Service was short and I was made to feel like an inconvenience.
