I had a really disappointing experience at this Dairy Queen today. I received a 50% off notification directly from the Dairy Queen app, which is the only reason I decided to order. When I got to the window and showed the employee the coupon in the app, she didn’t know how to apply it and had to get the manager. I was then told they “don’t do corporate discounts,” even though this was a promotion offered through their official app. To avoid holding up the line, I chose to just pay full price. Unfortunately, after that, the quality and service were not good. My sundae was barely filled, my food was cold, and the employees stared at me as if I had done something wrong, when all I did was try to use a valid coupon they advertised. I understand mistakes happen, but this felt unprofessional and uncomfortable, especially after paying full price. If a location can’t honor app promotions, that should be clearly communicated, and customers shouldn’t be treated poorly for asking.

I rarely write reviews but today i went through Drive thru and I paid for 2 sides of ranch w my order - the first one about 1/4 full, almost looks used and the 2nd one is barely half full. It’s ridiculous - I’d post a picture here if would let me! Really disappointing

The lady with brown and gray hair, med height, black leggings in the drive thru today, was extremely rude to the workers. I could her hear talking about the other workers there. I would never ever talk to someone like that.
