My husband ordered delivery. It was over 20 minutes late. We could have lived with it had the food been decent. Chicken and biscuits were burnt. One piece of chicken was all breading and no meat. We’re supposed to have a side of mashed potatoes and gravy, only got a side of gravy. Potato wedges were cold. Pizza and cheese sticks were edible. Very disappointed in the quality of food. Delivery driver was nice and apologized for being late.

Went few minutes after noon and had to wait for chicken. They were not that busy. Had few people waiting for chicken. We're told it would be 3 minutes, even their mashed potatoes and the gravy dishes were very low. Seemed like they brought out leftovers from day before!! I fixed a salad while waiting for chicken, grabbed a bottle of Ranch dressing only a few drops squirted out, grabbed & also empty. How did they not check bottles before putting them out? FINALLY chicken done!!! told the lady I thought we had paid over $23 for mashed potatoes and gravy. Not the 1st time this has happened. Seems like they do NO preparation before they open.

I ordered delivery. The food was cold, dry, and soggy. I almost choked on the food. My dad couldn’t even eat it and was a waste of 50 something dollars. Went straight to the garbage. The only one that liked the food was my cat and he isn’t picky but, had to take a drink of water after. The food was over 20 minutes late.
9 out of 10 times it's been good. Just takes 1 time to to have a not so good experience. I got the taco pizza and it was so dried out like it was sitting on the buffet table for awhile. The chicken was great along with the salad bar.

Placed an online order on 7/26 at 8:17 pm at the Sgt Bluff. Delivery time said 8:57 pm. Called the store at 9:15 after not receiving the order and they told us the order didn’t get there until 8:57 pm and they would not be bringing the order even though the delivery time was SUPPOSED to be 8:57. My card was even charged!!!!
We arrived 10 minutes before 8 and they told us that they couldn't serve us because they were going to close, it's supposed to close at 9 (at least that's what their website says) they looked at us in a very bad way from the moment we entered, you could say they were racists with us, very bad from there! We will never return

They didn't even ask did I want a specialty pizza the pizza ranch on floyde makes my chicken with out the batter because I can't have it theu made mecwait 39 minutes to tell me that they can't do it or it will take 45 minutes when I've worked there it only takes 15there was no pizza out only straps I'll never go back

The Sgt. Bluff one was filthy and the chicken had been out for quite awhile and was over cooked! Also, no white meat at all. This was Sunday about 6:00 PM. I had a plate sitting back with salad on it and the kid asked me to hand it to him! But seriously, the place was FILTHY!
