I recently stopped in to inquire about a meal replacement smoothie. Not only was the location very inviting with its atmosphere, but those that were working were very informative and helpful. I think it's great to have something like this in Sergeant Bluff.

love this place. tried some of the teas and shakes. people are extremely friendly and helpful. if you haven't tried them get down to the SBL give them a try. you won't be disappointed teas and shakes are great.

Nutritious and delicious!Have tried the Red Velvet, Banana Caramel Crunch and Carrot Cake shakes so far along with a few of the Mega Teas. Looking forward to trying some other flavors next time.
