I didn't get my chicken bacon ranch sandwich with all the toppings that I wanted to order. I called and they said that they would remake it, I go to pick it up and have it remade and they refused to make it! Horrible service! Not once but twice!
Ordered using app. Placed order at 4:30pm to have order ready for 5 pm. At 4:58 app stated order was being made. Got to store at 5pm. There were 2 staff members and no customers. My order was not ready, I told staff member my name and that I ordered thru the app. 4 customers came thru and got their orders while I was still waiting on mine. At 5:05 the app stated my order was ready and the staff didn't even start my sandwichs yet. So I am not sure why the app was not accurate at all. I did not get my order filled until 5:23pm plus they were out of the cookie I ordered on line and could not reimburse me. I had to pick out an alternative. Very frustrating.

Another guy an I walked out. The 2 young men where slow an didn't care about customers it seemed like. I'm sure there losing all kinds of money because of this.

Went in for a sandwich last night, there was only one girl working and she had a line almost to the door! She did a great job going quickly but the wait was absolutely ridiculous, needs more staffing.

They had lid up so I couldn't see the meat and cheese section or what they were doing behind it....ordered footlong Italian, got white bread, they toasted and microwaved the opposite sandwiches then I ordered a salad with just lettuce han and cheese with ranch dressing packet and got a salad with ham, no cheese and no ranch packets. Rather annoyed.

Great location for Subway.I got here just past 11:00 and they were packed. The line was almost out the door. I came right in the middle of lunch rush. But there were several staff working and they got through the line pretty quick. It was moving at a good pace.The staff were polite and got my order done really quick.The Philly cheese steak was good. The meat was tender and there were a lot of toppings.This is one of the only few options close to Sioux Gateway airport. It's definitely worth stopping here to get food to take on your flight.

The sandwich was AMAZING. I have never had such a delicious meal meet my tastebuds. That said: I did not appreciate the six different surgeries I ended up needing after. The war I endured from this high school kid is something I wouldn't wish on my greatest stock-market enemy. I cannot believe there are kids out there who act so outrageously. I sit here, in the Mercy hospital, using my TOES. That's right, my fingers have all been broken. This kid, while giving me that foot long, intentionally bent my hands back, causing my bones to break in such ways that the best surgeons in Iowa couldn't fix alone. Three different surgeons had to work together to piece my hands back together. I still have more surgeries to come, one in the morning, in fact. If I don't make it out of this last surgery alive, I hope that kid knows that what happened wasn't okay. I understand anger issues, and being stressed while working in the fast food industry, but there is not a single universe or situation where what happened is okay. I hope that kid's college finds this review in the future, and makes it pay for the debt on my life.So to answer the age old question: Yes. I enjoyed the food. No. I did not enjoy the pain that came with it.

walked in and this teenage girl immediately started flinging the precut cheese at me so fast it gave me severe burns and i have to go into surgery in a few hours for my life threatening injuries. other than that i liked my sandwich ?

There was ONE person working there which was very unsafe. She did an amazing job commonly but expeditiously building sandwiches for a family of 5, and myself. She deserves a raise!

Been to the Sgt.Bluff store 5 times in 2 months to get a meatball sub. Every time being told they didn't have any. It has been at different times every time. Not like I was coming in at closing time. Last time I was there it was 7:30 and they didn't close till 9. The older guy working said once they were out they don't make anymore at night. I keep hoping maybe they will figure out customer service since I live in Sgt. Buff. So disappointed!
My family of 3 came here to eat on a Sunday at 5pm. There were about 8 other customers that arrived at the same time so we all lined up, some people even standing outside. There were two employees working. Eleven in-person customers stood there for 20 minutes while the staff of 2 made online orders. One online order after another came in, and they just kept making the online sandwiches. Finally the woman in front of me asked when they planned to serve the in-person customers. The employee just shrugged and said he was sorry, but policy is that they have to fill the online orders first. Everyone waiting in line groaned, and a couple of people said "so you're going to just make us stand here while you keep filling online orders?" The employee said yes, that's what they are supposed to do. Several of us just left.Also, the other employee wasn't changing his gloves...went out and touched the beverage cooler, then made other sandwiches wearing his dirty gloves.In-person customers should take priority over online orders...at least alternate between the two. Unbelievably bad customer service - never going back to this Subway in Sergeant Bluff again.
