It is consistent that online orders are made before the people standing in line. Customers waiting in line to order should come before online orders. We waited in line for 10 mins while he made online orders before he would make our sandwiches. It was even stated “Sorry guys, you should have ordered online it would have been faster.”
The workers are always pleasant, it just typically is not the place to grab food if you need to get in and out.

Young Kid working behind the counter and had friends sitting in store. Without going in much details they didn't want my business. Just drove to another store instead. I feel management should know so they can improve service and retain business.

scheduled a pickup for 11:50. I arrived at 11:46 the line had maybe 4 people in it. Waiting for over 15 minutes before I finally went up to the counter waiting for my order. Overall not impressed typically they are very fast with online orders and I thought since I scheduled it I would be in the clear but a door dasher for their order before me and it was definitely ordered after me.

I didn't get my chicken bacon ranch sandwich with all the toppings that I wanted to order. I called and they said that they would remake it, I go to pick it up and have it remade and they refused to make it! Horrible service! Not once but twice!
