We order 2 tacos salad, and 2 baskets of chicken strips with a baked potato and a side salad. Took over 50 minutes to get our food. And they did even get the right dressing on the side salad.

Asked for delivery, and they could not deliver at 5 PM. Food was expected to be done in 20 minutes, and when we got there it wasn't done until 5:50. They were hardly even busy, and we did not get a lot of food. Forced to pay for ice cream we did not want. Asked for ranch, gave us ten packs of ketchup instead. They somehow lost our ticket.

Customer service needs improvement possibly more training. Front area needs to be cleaned and or updated. Granted this is a small town ice cream shop and I’m just passing thru but as I waited there was plenty of customers complaining about there wait time and wrong orders.

I’m an OTR driver and these kind people brought me food. Well worth the money spent. Excellent flavor and fairly quick with the delivery. If youre a driver at the pork plant in Hospers they will deliver here. They just ask that you take care of the delivery driver. No complaints from me and I will be ordering from here again the next time I’m in the area. Thank you all for the food.
