We ordered burgers to take out. While the food was great (huge burgers and large helpings of fries), unbelievably, my wife was scolded by staff for showing up 10 minutes off the scheduled pick-up time, as though it were a bother to the server. And that was a time when the restaurant was empty! J and B could do with a refresher course on customer care.
