I was eating my fries and I noticed something in my food... It was a bolt and there was a nut in there with it. Never eating here again. You are losing valuable customers.

This McDonald's is by far the worst for order accuracy. How hard is it to put 4 sanwiches, 4 fries, and 4 nuggets into a bag. This staff has an impossible ability to count to 4. Becuse of this error and the fact I have driven 10 miles away. A person now does not have a meal to eat. I personally want to thank and offer my training ability to count to 4 to the manager and all the employees. I can not think of a time that there has not been some issue or missing item from this McDonald's. It is a shame that there is not one with in 30 miles of this one or I would gladly try them. If I am offered some sort of credit or refund, factor in the milage I would have to drive to fix this error on your behalf. Fuel is not cheap and neiter is my time. I will be posting warnings to others on Yelp and Google to warn other to count what they got before leaving as this McDonald's loves to steal its customers money and not give them what they paid for.
I suggest cleaning house and starting from fresh with a new staff that can actually do what they are suppsed to do.

Me and my grandmother both got plain number 7s(2 cheeseburgers with fries) only one meal was plain and the other wasn’t. we returned the non-plain meal and were rudely told to pull ahead. the meal still wasn’t plain.

Food was okay but had to wait a long time for food.
Service was ok nothing bad or good to rate really, except we ordered pies that we had to wait for, but they bagged our other food right away so it sat for 13 minutes waiting for them to get the pies. There's no reason the other food couldn't have waited to be bagged with the pies when they were done.

Payed $6 for a McCrispy and instead got a sandwich as little as the mc chicken with no pickles or mayo, was given the complete opposite in size of a mc crispy but payed full price.

30 minutes in the drive-thru for an online order. Their system had yet to alert the brat at the window to say they don't have it and it took another 10 minutes! Don't waste your time stopping, go to the next one!
