Terrible experience! I ordered food through the app and get my order as normal. But there has been occasions where one lady doesn’t want to give me my order. I usually send one of my parents to pick it up with proof of my order. Only because my phone isn’t there they do not want to give my order. Pathetic in my opinion.

What's the point of being able to order on the app when cars that came through the drive thru 5 minutes after we pulled in for curbside pick up? We eventually had to go in to get our food.

When we went in, we had a person direct us to use the self order kiosk. The registers weren't open. The person then took our order and put it in the kiosk. When needed change the person had to go to the register and get change. Why not just open the register.

Just Passing Through

Stopped in for a coffee at 6AM on 9/28/23. Woman who walked around corner to take my order didn't smile, didn't say anything until she got to the til and asked me what I wanted. Only other thing she said was dollar fifty. Sure glad I don't have to work with people like that. The coffee wasn't very hot either.
