We ordered 7 sandwiches and they didn't mark any of them when we asked the young employee if he could he handed us a marker to do it our self,then our total was 84$ and they took it upon themselves to add a tip without even asking. I will never go there again if I wasn't paying attention they would have just stole our money.
Stopped in because ordering online always ends in disaster. 9:30- lady was already closing the store. No greeting. Standing in front of her, told her ranch and garlic aioli. Sauce bottles were pulled already, no labels on them. Ended up with mayo and unsure if it was ranch or aioli. Husband ordered garlic steak. She left it in the toaster way too long. It was burnt. She just ignored it. Beep beep usually means it’s done! New staff or not, she was alone and not pleasant for being in customer service. Subway has gone downhill. Do better.

Got food poisoning from this place.
I online ordered a foot long, 6 inch and two kids minis. I arrived later than the time given for the food to be ready and it wasn’t done yet. I patiently waited and when done I took my bag and left. I live about 20 miles out of town so started feeding my littles in the car. When I was about 2 miles from home I pulled out my sandwich and discovered it was completely the wrong sandwich. I checked my husband’s and it was completely wrong as well. I called and told them I was driving back to get the correct sandwiches and a refund. Upon arriving the manager was there. She said that I could have a refund or the correct sandwiches but not both. I decided to take the sandwiches. I finally got back home and gave my husband his sandwich. Turned out the “correct” sandwich was still wrong. It had the wrong kind of chicken and the wrong sauce. My husband couldn’t even eat it because it was so gross. It was complete waste of over $40. You never send your customers away angry and with the corrected food still incorrect.

Food was good and amazing done but Everytime I come I order raspberry cookies cuz I do it online and Everytime I never get cookies they never have any when they should and if they don't they should make some.
Very disappointed about that!

First of all over all when making food dont touch your face in between different things that you are putting on a sandwiches. I asked for a toasted sub. They have a one button push timer and they still push the wrong button I am stuck with a cold chicken sandwich with half the cheese not melted. Very disappointed with thing as this is not a subway standard.

Overall good experience unknown if it's this restaurant in particular or commonality across the franchise but the quantity of meat is dwindling to the point it's almost a vegetarian sandwich.
