We had terrible service tonight. They lost our order twice & we waited at least an hour for our food. The staff lied and was very rude to us.

it took an hour to get our meal and only after having to ask twice did we finally get ours.

I was always hopeful that Sioux Center DQ would change the second time around after going out of business in the early 2000's. Expecting change for something that constantly they failed at is the definition of insanity though.... customer service is mediocre at best, product is never delivered in a timely manner, and prices have gone through the roof like everything else. If you looking to waste 15 to 20 minutes of your time for fast food this is the place for you....

Always very slow and always under staffed. Anytime we get ice cream the blizzard is never turned over because it is soft and melted. The young girl working was did an excellent job trying to accommodate us. The two guys didn’t seem to care. Needs a management staff present.

Ordered two Blizzards, but neither tasted like what we ordered. Did not turn them upside down cause they were too soft. Two young men working. Where is management?

Friendly enough staff but not sure how the people behind us who ordered hot food got it before we did when we ordered 2 small blizzards. A couple with us but 3rd in line got their cone before our blizzards and their blizzard also. Food quality was iffy. Cone looked like it was cold mashed potato blob. Couldn't get a picture it was dripping. 3 blizzards of 3 flavors but all were to have chocolate of some form seemed like there was very little in it. When we walked in there was no one eating just someone talking with an employee. At least 3 tables were dirty, also. This was about 3:30 on a Sunday. Sad. Watched a lady and son order. They brought out his hot fudge sundae before her blizzard also. 3 teens came in ordered blizzards. One complained about his oreo fudge brownie tasted like vanilla and didn't look like the picture. They remade it with chocolate ice cream.

The service was spot on, I didn’t have to wait .
The food was brought out promptly and it was fresh and hot.
One of the greatest experiences at a DQ!

I ordered a French silk pie blizzard and when they gave it to me, it was full of whip cream, so I didn’t see underneath, but then when I started eating it, I realize that the ice cream didn’t have any chocolate mixed into it. Only the chocolate chunks and a little bit of pie crust pieces which usually there’s a little bit more than that. Overall, I’m just very disappointed that I finally get my favorite blizzard again and I wasn’t able to actually get what I wanted.

This is my second time here and the girl that is at the register does not pay attention when ordering. Brings the food and no drink.

Toast was burnt and the chicken strips were very hard. I ordered a double dipped cone and it looked like tie die. Ice cream itself was extremely watery and just disgusting. The woman at the window had an attitude, and when we called the manager she didn’t care at all. People there had names such as dildoe which is obviously fake. There are kids who go there. I am never coming back.

Very slow, cold burgers

I ordered an Oreo blizzard and received an Oreo dusting. Hardly any Oreos were actually put in and the little they did was blended into oblivion. If I wanted plain vanilla ice cream I would have went to the store. Also ordered a mocha moo latte and when received was just a plain chocolate shake. No coffee or anything. Culver’s owns yall poverty franchise.

If I could put zero stars I would but it makes you click at least one. The service here was horrible and I saw someone smoking in the back as they were making my food. It took so long for our food to come out and none of it was correct.
