There were workers that weren’t even working they were just flirting and kissing. I also heard Inappropriate language in the back. Food was OK but the employees were terrible. Don’t bring your kids around these people

McDonald’s is a great fast food restaurant. You get what you order and that’s more that can be said for a lot of places. In my personal opinion nobody has a better french fries than McDonald’s. My favorite all-time go to Sandwich McDonald’s is the egg McMuffin, I like those egg McMuffins a lot.

The food I ordered was cold- room temperature. The wrapping on the hamburger and McChicken was loose and falling off the sandwiches. The service was good but to be honest there was a language barrier- I was not able to ask them to add an extra Diet Coke into the order. Overall ambiance was simply average McD Donalds-ish... a 5 on a1-10 scale.

Not a good stop to eat. Also once you have paid ask for receipt , noticed unusual behavior while checking out with Apple Pay, take card but not rung up right away meaning you can't drive away just yet.

Ice cream machine is never working when you want ice
I feel like every time I come here something is wrong. Anywhere from getting the complete wrong order, to waiting for 30 minutes for my order that was lost in the drive through, to something always missing from my kid's happy meals. I'm very tired of the lack of consistent service. I've been to mcdonalds all over the states with continuously double ordering lines, and never having an issue. I don't know what it is with this branch, but for the 10 years we've been trying to give them our service, something is always wrong with our orders. Culvers is truly the king of fast food in Sioux Center

We just stopped in for coffee. It's really hard to mess up McDonalds coffee, which is quite good and reasonably priced. But the staff seemed to be doing their jobs. They were even doing interviews or something over at one of the tables in the corner, near the door.I washed my hands and the restroom appeared to be clean. All in all, I am not a big fan of McDonalds. But I do like the coffee. But this McDonalds seemed to be okay.
