My favorite place for coffee! A Sioux Center staple.

Just in town, passing through, and stopped to get some work done for a couple of hours. LOVED the vibe and space! Coffee drinks were great! A little tough with how warm and humid it was inside in the afternoon on a hot day outside. But understand it's an old building so all good!

I found myself up in Sioux Center for work yesterday and as a group we were going to the fruited plain. I had never heard of this location, but they assured me that I was going to enjoy it. From the outside, it just looks like an older brick storefront on their main street, but once inside, it has such a cute eclectic coffee shop vibe that is putting out really good food in addition to coffee. There were a number of different nooks to enjoy coffee and conversation in private, a fairly large dining area, and a separate room that I imagine could be used for a large group or just spill over for the lunch service. I opted for their Panini that had ham, brie, and apple with a cup of tomato bisque. My colleague got the curried chicken salad on croissant (both our sandwiches were the half size!) with a cup of potato and carrot soup. A couple of the people we were with got their flatbread pizzas, which also sounded and looked delicious. If you find yourself in town and are looking for a pick me up or a delicious lunch, definitely check it out!

Wheelchair accessibility: There was a little bit of a bump to get in the front door, and there was a second door in the entryway to get through, but once inside the space was very open. The largest wheelchair accessible dining area is the back room.
Parking was a little bit tricky, and there weren’t many handicap spaces, but there was ample street parking.

Look at posted menu, step up to order; get a playing card and they deliver. All male employees had ponytails...hip place!

One of our favorite places! They always have fun and friendly staff, and it's a great environment for anyone (including parents with little kids).

Kid-friendliness: The FP has a little nook for kids to play in with toys, books, and our daughter's favorite: a toy coffee machine and cups.

Food and drinks are good here. The cookies are really phenomenal. Had alot of flies inside though when we were trying to do homework. Not a fault of the coffee shop but they were a nuisance I heard other people mention as well. Connected right to Side Bar which is convenient if you want a drink without the bar atmosphere.
