Just in town, passing through, and stopped to get some work done for a couple of hours. LOVED the vibe and space! Coffee drinks were great! A little tough with how warm and humid it was inside in the afternoon on a hot day outside. But understand it's an old building so all good!
I found myself up in Sioux Center for work yesterday and as a group we were going to the fruited plain. I had never heard of this location, but they assured me that I was going to enjoy it. From the outside, it just looks like an older brick storefront on their main street, but once inside, it has such a cute eclectic coffee shop vibe that is putting out really good food in addition to coffee. One of our favorite places! They always have fun and friendly staff, and it's a great environment for anyone (including parents with little kids).
Kid-friendliness: The FP has a little nook for kids to play in with toys, books, and our daughter's favorite: a toy coffee machine and cups.
