Our situation started out a little rough, our waitress didn’t bring the right drinks and then forgot to place our order. An hour and 15 mins later we decided to leave... But Michelle fixed it all. Jumped through hoops to make us happy, plus some. Compensated our meal and multiple people came to our table to apologize. The lady who cleans the tables and the bartender were also incredible and went out of their way to help us.They use Clorox wipes to clean the tables, which is wonderful in my opinion. The bathroom is the cleanest I’ve ever seen for a business!Thank you for your caring and incredible customer service. You deserve 5 stars!

I am not sure were to start. First it's a renovated bank with multiple color palettes. Decide what type of business you are, a coffee shop or a restaurant. As a restaurant there's so much wrong, no real menu, and the selection they offer is confusing. Had the special that isnt mentioned anywhere on the menu or a message board. Not till i place my order do they tellbme about the special. Bacon was way undercooked. Eggs were watery and biscuits and gravy was cold. The menu has mostly coffee shop amenities not restaurant friendly menu. It called a pancake house but still after months of remodeling they can do pancakes because the air duct system isn't working. Won't be back anytime soon.

Biscuits and gravy were amazing, couldn’t have asked for better service. They serve a great stiff mimosa!!
Even with a limited menu as they finish work on their kitchen, the food is phenomenal. We especially enjoyed the biscuits and gravy, blueberry waffle, breakfast sandwich (with what seems like a hand-formed sausage patty) and crispy bacon. The service (friendly and timely) and atmosphere (clean and open) are among the best in Okoboji.

I just showed up to order a simple coffee at the walk up window. There were 2 other people ahead of me standing. They just kept taking orders from the drive thru instead of at the window so I left. No order placed.

Holy moly! We stopped at the drive through with five kids and two adults. The were patient with us while ordering. They got our huge order correct and were very friendly.We recommend:Ham, cheese & egg croissant - the best breakfast sandwich!Cheesy hash brownsFrench toast sticks - a real slice of French toast cut in stripsMatcha smoothie with dragon fruit popping boba - “better than ⭐️-bucks!”Bagels - almost as big as my headWhen we are back in Okoboji, we will definitely be eat here again!

Bad experience here. They are very slow at taking orders, and food is very slow to come out. They messed up our food order THREE TIMES. Just simple bagels, I brought the first one back and she immediately had an attitude. Then they just gave me the entire wrong item and so I gave it back to them. After the third incorrect item, I just threw it away and left. They made it seem like three bagels was the most complicated order in the world, and their attitude was terrible about it. They would slam the order on the counter and walk off, I’m guessing in case I needed to tell them it was wrong AGAIN. Definitely regretting the absurd amount of $ it cost to not even get to eat in the end.Edit: in response to below, I ordered at the walk up window just like everyone else in line before me. I ordered 4 drinks, French toast, and 3 bagels. Your staff tried to tell me I only paid for two bagels when it was right there on my receipt.
