Place is a disaster, can’t cut a sandwich in half. Gave us only fries instead of a sandwich and also screwed up the order before and after us. Slow service for a drive in only. Ridiculous

This was the worst food ever! Shake did not taste at all like strawberry, way too much salt in fries, onion rings were soggy, fish bun burnt and fishy tasting, and zesty sauce was stale.

Just sloppy service had to wait for our food cold fries burgers put together sloppy. Also offer apple sauce on kids menu but got told they haven't carried it for two years ... Worst burger king I've been to

The lady who works here hates her life. Very rude. Didn't honor the advertised offer on the signage. Probably made up her own story about it being outdated, as it allows me to order it online for pickup right here.

The worst experience ever. Rude staff! I ordered chicken nuggets at the screen and she asked me did I want the four piece or the eight piece, after I replied the eight piece she then promptly told me they no longer carry the eight piece, another lady came on the speaker and rudely yelled "Yes we do!!!"... So I proceeded to order the eight piece, I got my chicken nuggets and they were burnt, and basically crumbly, as if it got fried 3 times, I went back around to see if they could make me a fresh batch, the lady told me that's just how they are and they just changed their oil so either way they're going to be burnt, again I got another eight piece that was burnt and crumbly smelled horrible, I just got my money back!!! I definitely need some customer service training because that was not it. I don't know a single Burger King ever that serves burnt chicken nuggets and tells customers "that's how it is"???? Disappointed every time I go but I think this was the last time I give the benefit of the doubt to try. They will be out of business before too long. Wish I could give zero stars.

Took 15 minutes to order the lady wouldn't listen to me order when all I wanted was 4 chicken Jr's. And she kept saying ya I have the chicken Jr on there. Then she kept going on saying they were very under staffed. Been waiting to get to window to pay for 20 minutes now. I will never come back here again. Let see if my food is even hot.

When going through the drive through I asked what products of drinks they had and the employee said they have over 155 different coke products. I guess not knowing which drinks are coke or 7-Up or Pepsi asked if they have Barqs root beer. She replied yes and when I drove up to the window to pay I could clearly hear her say to the employee making the food “I told her we have 155 different coke products and she asked me if we had root beer. YES WE HAVE ROOTBEER “ she said in a mocking voice. After waiting for a while and a pile up of cars behind me she finally asked I pull ahead to wait for my Ch-King and once she brought it out they didn’t even have our fries in the bag and the chocolate cookies werent cooked all the way they were dough. If they can’t get staff that are respectful then they need to close.

the first time i went they were rude at order screen. then had to pull off after 25 minutes of waiting and not getting chicken fries and drink. second time around they said they were closed at 7 when it says they close at 9
Horrible customer service.I ordered a whopper and the lettuce was wasn’t fresh. I was given the wrong size drink and my fry was missing. I was running late somewhere and didn’t have time to go back. When I asked the lady to repeat my order on the intercom she gave attitude and talked over me while I was trying to order..

i REALLY dont want to give any stars but had to in order to post this review, we USED to eat at the burger king i. spirit lake bcuz the one in Spencer sucks, well not anymore they lost our business, twice now we have gone up there for supper on the weekend and they have been closed at 7pm!!!!! what fast food place closes on the weekend that early!!?? and both times they have been extremely rude when yelling at us at the drive thru they are closed... i wouldnt reccommend going here at all

My husband ordered last night at 7:35pm via the app. I went to pick it up. Lights were all off and Two employees (older male, younger female) were sitting inside at booths avoiding my attempts to get their attention. Finally they went outside and I yelled from my car asking for a refund since their hours state they were opened until 9pm at the drive through and it was 7:45pm and they were closing. She yelled back they have nothing to do with the app. Unacceptable and rude.
