Mindy was very rude on the phone when ordering. Seemed extremely overwhelmed and disorganized. She wrote down the wrong date for our order and we had to find another bakery to make 2 cakes very last minute. We had confirmed the correct date with her via email and phone well in-advance. Will not go back.
