had a mobile order. walked in 5 minutes after the order was meant to be done. the order hadn’t even been started. they made the food. got home. the food wasn’t even correct. seems lazy to me 🤷‍♂️

It takes awhile to get your food, but at least you know it's being prepared fresh that way.
They have hot and cold sandwiches with cups and drinks. The cream soda is awesome!
Not a lot of seating, but it's sufficient. Most people get it to go so there's usually a place to sit.

We get food to go here often. The staff is SO friendly, they are always professional and courteous, they act like they genuinely appreciate your business... this is becoming more rare, so we notice and appreciate it from this business. Food is consistently good and ingredients are always fresh :)

I went to this location right before posting this here. The guy who made my friends and I's sandwiches was rushing us even though there was no one in the store. He made the sandwiches incorrectly, forgetting the vinaigrette that always goes on the subs. Overall, was a very poor experience for something that's usually great.

I always enjoy stopping for a sandwich on my way through town. I am fairly picky about the quality of not just the meat on my sandwich, but the ripeness and flavor of the veggies. I have never been dissatisfied with my order from this shop. It's going to continue to be my go to stop for lunch or a quick dinner.

This is one of the best sandwich shops I’ve been to in terms of service. The staff here were very helpful and kind. They had a lot of staff working here unlike some other establishments. The food was great, per usual. I am definitely coming back

Bring one down to new ulm or marshall or springfield closer to our neck of the woods you'll have business always we drive 2 hours to come have lunch when we're off and it's always worth the drive!! A++ subs

Why doesn’t this location honor promotions? If you enter in a code it says not available at this location. When you charge this much for a sandwich being able to use the promotions jersey mikes offers would be great.

Gave me the wrong sandwich total opposite of what I ordered. I would’ve eaten but the meat was so overcooked and the sandwich was so dry I just threw it out the window. Never again would I stop in here

Coupons in local paper don’t work on the App

We don’t have a Jersey Mike’s where I live, so I made sure that we went there when I was back visiting family. I was VERY impressed with this location. The restaurant was very clean, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the food is always fresh. I truly appreciated the woman that took my order. She was the perfect example of what a manager would pray their staff acted like. She was very friendly, accommodating to my lengthy TikTok order, made small talk, etc. She told me she loved working at this location, but was driving nearly an hour commute just to do so, so she only had two weeks left there. Talk about a loss. No matter who is taking your order, if you haven’t tried it since it is fairly new in the area, you definitely should! I loved the fresh cold cut sandwich I ordered, but I snagged a bite of my dad‘s Philly cheesesteak and that was incredible as well.**Sadly there is no drive-through at this location.**

Wheelchair accessibility: ♿️– double doors to get into the establishment, but plenty of space once you are in there.♿️?️– a couple of spaces just outside the front door of the strip center.
