Just went through the drive thru and the lady that was talking was super rude.. I asked for a meal and she said umm.. I'm going to need more details than just a meal.. she sounded super mad and so my husband and I just drove away didn't even eat there because this lady was super rude! Hope you can find better employees than the one taking orders through the drive thru.

I'm not a sandwich person, but I have to try my husband's favorite Vito sandwich, and boy, did it taste so good! Now, it's in the list of my favorite, too. Will keep coming back and kudos to the staff great customer service! This store is the one in Spirit Lake.

Freaky sloooooow. Took an hour and a half to get 2 sandwhiches delivered. Won't be ordering at this place again. I understand having just one driver, but if you only have one driver don't offer delivery or at least call to let them know that it's going to take a long time. Otherwise, all you're going to do is just anger customers.

What a great crew! They specialized my unwhich for me! Great service, clean atmosphere overall amazing experience :-)
I would give it more stars but out of all the times I ordered I got a simple number 17 with no tomatoes but when they got here they said I put cheese on it and I was like okay but when I got into my 1st bite it was just meat and cheese and I still ate it but wow was it a sad sandwich

The people that work there are idiots. We got charged for a bag of chips we didn't ask for but didn't get the pickle we ordered. Then were told we would have to reorder to get the pickle. The guy taking the order had even asked how we wanted the pickle 1/4, 1/2, or whole so it wasn't like he didn't hear us.
