Thankfully there's a quality foods store in Okoboji! The prices are a bit more than where I live with where I usually shop, but I have no problem paying for the meat and the reassurance that comes with the animal treatment in the price.
Love Wilder Thymes! The new hot/cold bar lunch was awesome today. I picked out what I wanted in the portion size that worked for me and it was fantastic! Super fresh greens and veggies. The pinneapple was really sweet and I even tried out the coconut-rolled dates-wow! I'd been missing out on dates! There were vegan and gluten-free options too! The food served (just like the food sold) is just really fresh and there are so many options. I highly recommend checking it out!
Great place with a bunch of healthy items and foods. Has a lot of organic products and non-GMO products also. Has vegan and vegetarian products but also carries meat and has fresh produce too. Also carries wine and organic beer. Has pre-made soups, salads, sandwiches,and take and bake pizzas. Can be a bit pricey but no more than any other health food store. Open 9 to 6 Monday through Friday and 10 to 5 on Saturday.
