Marlee & Me is one of the best "out of the way" restaurants in Iowa. Food is always great and I highly recommend the Friday night all-you-can-eat buffet.This trip we went on Saturday night for the Prime Rib.The service was excellent. The waitress was very friendly. Our drink glasses were kept filled.The Prime rib was excellent and tender. The 16 oz. price is lower than most other restaurants in our area!The Ribeye, sirloin were cooked correctly and I was very impressed with you tender they were.The included salad bar had a good selection and I really like the Chocolate Moose and liver pate.The two catfish plate filled the large plate.I would give them five stars except they were out of ice cream and their famous fried chicken.

Absolutely the best “find” ever! Found it passing through on Hwy 30 on a Saturday road trip. No plans, so we just went to Google maps and searched for restaurants in the area. We were there around 11, so we were the only ones in there. The waitress was so helpful with questions about the menu. We all ordered something different and everything was SO GOOD. Some locals stopped in to eat at the bar while we were there and told us we really shouldn’t leave without ordering cheesecake. They were right! Several flavors available and it was amazing! Worth the little trip for sure! We will be back!
