The staff was very friendly and did a good job explaining what the menu items were. Just a fair warning that all the items aren't available because they are currently having shipping problems. What they had available was still very good though! It had a very upbeat and friendly environment. The music was a bit loud. The sweet Cuban sandwich was good and so was the espresso.

Staff wasn’t helpful when explaining food options. Not a family friendly environment. We ended up paying over $30 for a sandwich, rice, and some kind of meat mixture we didn’t know what it was. We ended up having to go somewhere else to order food. Would not recommend going here.
