I think Hardee's is ridiculous for as much as they charge even just for a sandwich It's just stupid Good food but stupid prices

Stopped in for breakfaat on our way to a family vacation, and because we had 2 orders in the car, we went in instead of drive through. There were only 2 people, who seemed in no hurry to do anything.
The ceiling was dripping in 3 spots with buckets under the drips which was directly in front of the front counter.
As we walked in, a car pulled to the drive through window, they were still there waiting when we left.....
We ordered and stated we needed them to go.
During the time we waited for our order, 2 groups came in, stood and waited for someone to come to the front to take their order, and left be cause they stood for over 10 minutes without service.
45 minutes after our order was taken, we got our food. The car in the drive thru was still waiting, the other groups had left, and we headed for our car...... to find cold food.
Glad I dont live in the area and will not subject myself to this location ever again.

I was craving a chicken sandwich & Hardee's makes the best fries. So I pull up & order, get to the window & Sue greets me with great hospitality. She brings my order & apologized for no Dr Pepper but cherry coke is just as good. Very sweet polite lady working her best & my food was great. Thanks Sue.

The lady up front Mickey asked me what order I was waiting for. I didn’t ask. The guy cooking said meanly.,”I have a ton of orders in front of hers. If she was in a hurry she shouldn’t have come here”. I didn’t ask about my order. I was waiting patiently. So rude to treat customers that way. The man who took My order was super nice. So was the lady. Not the man behind with the food. He was rude.

We came in for a Friday lunch and there were only 2 employees working due to no shows from other employees. Sue (with her arm in a sling) was very pleasant and helpful. As busy as they were food came fast and Sue even delivered it to our table despite only having 1 functional arm. Thank you Sue!

I was originally coming to visit my family, we drove all the way from California to Storm Lake. I went with my mother and she’s an elder. We went to Hardees to try something new and this one worker in particular stood out to me. Her name was Melissa, and she was just amazing. She was so patient with my mother and assisting her in all the options. She was so kind to me as well even though she looked very tired from working. She really highlighted my visit in Storm Lake. I really hope everything goes well for that young woman. I wish I could’ve taken a picture of her with my mom but I didnt want to get her in trouble ):
